What is there not to like about Casey and Nate? Lauren has done it again with creating two very realistic characters who take a journey of discovery. Casey is smart, sexy and aggressive and Nate loves everything about her. This story reminded me that being a strong woman does not intimidate a man who is equally strong and can appreciate a woman for who she is. Being in a similar situation, their love story gives me hope. Although it is fiction, the basis has a twinge of reality. Now if I can have the unadulterated fun they explored together lol.

Another great narration from Sebastian York. There is one scene that I played several times...Just listen for him calling Casey's name. THAT WAS MASTERFUL!

Perfect combo of steamy words & sexy narration!!

A great continuation of the Seductive Nights series. This audio has TONS of steamy scenes that will leave you hot and bothered for sure. Nate and Casey's story of friends turned lovers starts with a delightful twist and keeps you wanting more and more of them both. You also catch up with other characters from the series which is always great in an ensemble series like this.

Sebastian York #kingofauralsex does a stellar job, as always. His gravelly deep voice is fantastic and blended with Lauren Blakely's erotic story, it's a perfect combination.

Listening to Sebastian York for a few hours made it the most enjoyable! Lauren Blakely's story and Sebastian's voice is always a great combination. He can work the filthy dialogue like a violin...a dirty violin.

There's no comparison. There are several friends to lovers books, but Lauren makes hers quite special!

Another Rockstar Romance

This was a cute story, not all that hot in the romance department, so if you are looking for explicit love scenes, look elsewhere. A very good story that kept my interest even without having those scenes however. Another Rockstar romance book that's worth a credit for sure.

Lucky is part owner of Lucky's - a Bar that has a small stage and famous and not so famous Musicians make unscheduled appearances to perform or just drink there and where people can enjoy embarrassing themselves at Karaoke too. That's where Lucky first gave the oh so beautiful and dimpled Flynn a screaming orgasm (a drink ladies!!) and they were immediately drawn to each other but, as tempting as Flynn was... especially when he sang to Lucky, and as sweet as he asked her out, Lucky had to resist his many many charms.

They never fail!

This writing team never fail to produce stories filled with smart humor, great characters and steamy but loving relationship that you always want more of. And although I love all of their couples, Hahna and Will are hands down my favorite. The first part of their story was so brilliantly funny that I think I have listened to it four of five times. This little addition was great. My only complaint, and it is just me being selfish, is that it was just to short. I could always use more of all their characters. I hope we get a little more of them in the future.

This book only works if you've read Beautiful Player but it was a fun little follow up to the story. I enjoyed every minute of it. I wish it could have been a little longer but that's just because I love the characters so much. As usual Sebastian York was perfect perfect perfect as the voice of Will.

Wow, what a disappointment

What happened to the 5 star master story teller? Mia Sheridan is one of my absolute new favorites but this book was hugely disappointing. I've read/listened to almost all of her other books up to now and LOVED every one of them. This one was SO repetitive, I wanted to scream and stop half way through. I kept asking myself - was this truly by Mia Sheridan?!! It was your typical, cookie cutter, "woe is me, I'm not staying, so I can't get involved" dialog over & over & OVER!.I get it already!!! It's like beating a dead horse every other minute. And they didn't have sex until towards the end, which then became tedious to the story. Normally, when I get to the end of one of her books, I bask in the warm fuzzies and then go through withdrawals, missing the characters. This one? Not so much.

Still, I'm waiting for her next book, Midnight Lily, to go audible so I hope she hasn't sunk to the level of mediocre, formulaic, repetitive, dime-a-dozen romance authors. And I hope she doesn't keep using Maxine Mitchell as narrator because she over emphasizes all her words and it's extremely distracting and annoying. Nobody talks like that in real life so why ruin a good story by talking weird? Joe Arden was excellent as the male voice, otherwise it would have been a total loss.

Did not care for the heavy religious slant on this story. The premise of PTSD was well done, but the female lead was so obnoxiously sweet I almost did not finish the book...

Good book, but one thing is really irritating

Why does the girl author speak her male voice with an accent? The book says his accent is slightly noticeable. She speaks with a full Russian accent!! So annoying. As always, Sebastian York got it right.

This book was an amazing addition to this series. Jessica Park has outdone herself again, even though its shorter than the first its still just a great. Theres emotion, turmoil and pain, love, friendship, and family. I highly recommend reading left drowning prior to reading Restless Waters because youll not fully grasp this story without it.

All of the characters that you loved from Left drowning are back but the story for the most part circles around Chris and Blair, and Blair and Sabin. I loved this story for so many reasons, but one thing that stuck out so much to me was that Blair and Sabin reach a point where they are conflicted and Chris is there to help guide them. Without giving too much away, this too me showed how amazing Chris is, but also how their strong bond as family is.

I truly love Sabin, and I wish there was more for him. Maybe someday hell get his book but this was enough for now. You know like maybe hell find someone to love.Both are officially on my re-read list, technically Left Drowning has been there for awhile now and I have re-read it twice actually. Its that good folks.

Not only was the story amazing the audio performance was superb. Arielle DeLisles narrations is perfect, she has a way of making an already great story even that much more enjoyable, she gives it life.

Now the unique part about this book/audiobook is Troy. His music brings a new and unique dimension to the story. But not only is his music and lyrics a part of the story hes actually part of the audiobook. When Sabin is singing you hear Troy, his voice in the audiobook is stunning and breathtaking. The entire combination is one of a kind, and definitely shouldnt be missed.

I highly recommend the entire series in both e-book and audiobook.

After finishing Left Drowning, I immediately jumped into Restless waters. I had to have more!! ( which the narrator was awesome!)

Once again, Miss Parker has left me kinda speechless. I loved Left Drowning so much, and Restless Waters did not disappoint! I loved Chris and Blythes story, and I wanted so badly to hear more from the other characters!

Sabin was such a great character, a loyal friend to Blythe. He became her family. They had a bond unlike anything she shared with anyone, even her own brother.

Loved this triology

I loved all three books. The characters were easy to connect to and I loved their love story. I laughed and cried and got chocked up during certain parts. I read them twice and can't get enough. I'm excited to read about Mark and Keith next.

All three books were amazing. Great story for men and women. This would be a great movie. Excitement, danger and love.

I loved the way this wrapped up, this was a roller coaster of a ride story, both book 1 and 2...but I loved them...and I am so happy for Natalie...she was strong, and stuck to her heart, even though it was very hard....she knew what she deserved and took it!! I recommend both books!!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Conviction to be better than the print version?

Wow! The decisions and feelings of this characters came through in the narration. It made me cry, feel frustration, confusion, and excitement. Great short series, but i believe the narrators made the book better than just reading it myself.

Worth the wait

Definitely worth the wait!! The love in this book is astounding. The choices made and the determination in these characters is what made this book. I'll be re-reading this book for many years. Thank you Corinne for being an amazing author and pouring your heart and soul into all of these characters. Seriously the best book I have ever read.

I LOVE Garrett and Hannah apart and even more together -they both have quick minds and are genuine in everything they do.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Lorelei Avalon?

Alternated between a male and female narrator for Hannah and Garrett's chapters. Maybe Madeline Maby and Zachary Webber...

LOVE the book! This is one of the few books I have re-read only a few months after initially reading -the dialog between the characters and the texts back and forth made me laugh out loud while reading. I was really excited to see it was coming out as an audiobook so I could listen to the story during my crazy daily commute.

The narrated version is not at all what I expected -Ms. Avalon has a very deep and nasal-toned voice and does not fit for a 20 year-old woman OR a 20 year-old man (she is playing both characters -even though the books chapters are split between the male and female POV); her intonation is off and does not do the story justice. I found myself annoyed when really common phrases were narrated in a way that stressed words in an oddly -I have no idea how old Ms. Avalon is, but based on the narration, I am guessing she is significantly older than the characters and has never uttered similar dialogue in her everyday life.

I'm glad I only paid $1.99 to add the audio version, because I am really disappointed with the result and don't think I'll be making past the first couple of hours :-(

Great story but...

I really really loved The Deal. It's one of my favourite books of the year and I was hoping it would come out as an audiobook

Unfortunately the choice of narrator has kinda rained on my audiobook parade. I understand that it's not the author's choice for the narrator as once the rights are sold, it's out of their hands, but Audible Studios got it wrong big time as Lorelei Avalon did not have the right voice for these characters. Hers was a bit whiny and there was little distinction between the male and female characters.

I'm giving The Deal an overall score of 4 stars because I love the story and the author, but I'm glad I only paid $1.99 for this audiobook.
