I've lately been interested into different types of meditation and mindfulness, because of the stressful lifestyle I currently have (doing long working hours from home). I like the fact that this book offers a variety of mediation methods to pick from, which suits you best. A great book for learning how to medidate. I didn't know much about meditation before but now I am on my way to becomming a master of the craft. I think this is a really good way to learn. The author is clear and helpful. Recommend this book.
