I found this book very helpful, concise and contains some very useful tips.
We all need help maintaining our personal spiritual practice. But this meditation and mindful awareness exercises can be part of bringing spirituality alive in your life. This is a great resource of meditation, itâs a very superficial explanation of what meditation is. This is great for all beginners of meditation like me, meditation is not easy to master, but persevere and it may turn out to be the most rewarding thing you ever do. It takes practice to achieve a peaceful and out of stress state of being. Thanks and thumbs up to author.
Great book!
I have a very stressful job and when I got home I need something that will help me relax and forget about all problems. A friend of mine recommended this book about meditation to me and I decided to give it a try. I was really amazed by the results I got only after few days. I felt very relieved and I managed to control stress. After some time I found my inner peace and now I feel like I am new person. I definitely recommend this book to everybody who wants to eliminate stress from their lives!

What I love about this book is it is short but is filled with information you were looking for and straightforward on giving content. I've been looking for some meditation books because I would love to take a break from stress, anxiety, all that mental illnesses that I've been dealing every single day I'm having especially when I'm in college. I need to take some time for myself to breathe positive and motivating air to let me get through through my sorrows. Totally worth the purchase and the read is fantastic.
