Listen Later

Is your gut might tell you to pick up a new art supply or try a new hobby, even if you don't have a plan for it. And guess what? It’s not a bad idea to trust your gut, especially when it involves your creative pursuits.

In this episode, Caitlin will share some personal stories about times when they bought things without knowing exactly how they’d use them, but trusting their intuition led to some pretty amazing projects. They’ll talk about how creativity doesn’t always need a plan and why giving yourself the freedom to explore new things at your own pace is important.

So, if you’ve ever felt guilty about not using your art supplies right away or if you’ve been told you should only keep things you use often, this one’s for you! You Will Learn:

  • The importance of trusting your creative intuition

  • Understanding that creativity is a process that doesn’t always need a plan and doesn’t need to fit a neurotypical timeline
