During the pandemic, I experienced moments where I was alone, something I like, and moments where I felt completely lonely and isolated from the rest of the world. A lot of you may have felt that as we were in quarantine for over a year. But I also know many people that can be in a room full of people and still experience feelings of being lonely. In this episode, I will discuss how I had to become more self-aware of when I am physically alone, and when I am feeling lonely. Loneliness is just that, a feeling, and we all experience it, but do you have the right tools or a plan in place to combat these feelings when they come over you?
