*Spoilers* Andy and Dani read Whose Body by Dorothy L Sayers. Dani is horrible with the concept of time and when things happen, Andy talks sexy, who would play these characters in a movie adaptation, and did Andy and Dani guess the killer?

Dani’s Dad got her a pair of binoculars and no one knows why, Andy guesses the endings of the Twilight books, Bella is a paladin, and Dani broke up with a high school boyfriend because he didn’t sparkle in the sun.

It’s Dani’s birthday! Dani forces Andy to read Midnight Sun by Stephenie Meyer. Dani had no clue this book is just Twilight but from Edward’s perspective, Edward is a sulky sugar daddy, Andy’s hot take is not hating portions of this book, Alice is a badass.

Andy and Dani talk about the goddamn election. Andy fights Dani for calling Somerville a suburb of Boston, Dani says the word “excited” and “happy” about a thousand times, Andy tries not to be cynical, and both are ready to move to the next stages of their anxieties. 

Andy and Dani talk about The Princess Bride by William Goldman. Is Humperdink Lord Farquaad? Andy would marry The Albino, kill The Count, and f*ck Humperdink, would the Princess Bride band be flamenco or rock, and once again the importance of Taco Bell is discussed.

Andy and Dani talk about Halloweens past. Dani lived in a haunted house, the new hit TV show ghost squirrels, Andy refuses to shave his beard for costumes, and Dani’s costumes weren’t the most age-appropriate.

Andy and Dani talk about The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson. After some technical difficulties, Dani’s mic makes her sound extra spooky, Andy doesn’t know his feels about unreliable narrators, Dr. Montague is Daddy Summer camp, Mrs. Montague SUCKS, and who on earth pays the Dudleys?!?

Andy and Dani talk musicals after too many glasses of champagne. Christain Bale in Newsies was Dani’s first crush, Andy never-ever-ever wants to see Sound of Music ever again, Dani sadly belongs in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and everyone needs a good emo band.
