 Donald Trump using Fortunate Son at his rallies is basically spitting in John Fogerty's face and saying, 

" protest all you want to, John, guys like me will always win. "

Character counts? Seriously? From a guy who talks about grabbing women by their private parts and shooting people on 5th Avenue without losing supporters? That's insulting. What's next, Harvey Weinstein declaring National Respect Women week?  His advisers probably told him that he needed to make a quiet, dignified statement about how we need to turn down the temperature on our national discourse, along with an apology for the way he has acted and a promise to do better in the future.  They probably said something like "that will show people character counts with you mr. President."

That's when Donald got the bright idea. That's when Donald decided that he would show everyone that he is the ultimate king of character! He will dominate the entire world when it comes to character! He will show so much character that his magic character will crush all the other character that everyone has ever shown!!  Huge character! Massive planet-sized character!

Seriously, mr. Trump, you've done a lot of insulting things to your own citizens, but this really takes the cake.

Lara Trump just made a complete fool of herself on Jake tapper's show, answering the question, what kind of person would even marry a Trump?  The answer being, someone completely disconnected with reality, someone who just makes things up because her father-in-law is completely indefensible.

Trump fought against banning travel from China FOR WEEKS because of the trade deal he had just signed and even then only partially restricted travel from China, he didn't ban it at all.  Even that didn't take effect until weeks after he announced it.  He didn't ban travel from Europe until well into March, when the huge outbreak in the Pacific Northwest had already come in from Europe.

Lara Trump defended making fun of people with stutters by trying to deflect the question and steer the conversation to Biden's supposed cognitive decline.

Lying, making up fake statistics, revising history, blaming victims of violent crime, and making fun of people who are  different.  The Trump family has trained her well.....well, trained her to be like them.

Only Donald Trump himself could conceive of a conspiracy theory where he is the Lone Hero standing against all the evil, child-eating villains of the world.

It looks like a McConnell is abandoning Trump. He knows Trump is going to lose and is no longer concerned with appeasing him. There are a couple of dozen Republican Senators who don't want to vote for a stimulus package AT ALL, let alone the big one that Trump wants to pass. If it did pass with all these Republicans voting against it, that would be a really bad look for the Republican party, and McConnell knows this. So he isn't going to stop blocking this thing until something is proposed that he thinks he can get the Republican Senators to approve. Meanwhile we're f****** dying out here.  Aren't these people supposed to work for US?

I will not be tolerating your s*** any longer.  You've had months to get your s*** together and stop being a bunch of selfish ****ing babies.

92 million people, or approximately one-quarter of the country, are at risk for covid-19 complications. If elected, Trump has proposed isolating all 92 million people who are vulnerable to these complications away from those who are not so that they can resume their normal routines, passing the virus around, being asymptomatic carriers, and creating herd immunity. This plan will last until the vaccine is universally available. Until recently, the vaccine trials were on Pace to deliver a vaccine to every American by the third quarter of 2021. Now, two of the three vaccine trials have been put on hold due to unexplained illnesses in the clinical trials. So these concentration camps for those who are vulnerable to coronavirus side effects may be around for more than just the next 11 months.

"As we shelter high-risk Americans with extreme vigilance, we must also allow lower-risk Americans to return to work and return to school."

The concentration camps are coming.  Imagine what happens if one of the guards at these camps gets the virus and passes it to just one resident have the mandatory lockdown facility he works at. The entire facility is full of people who are at increased risk for complications. The consequences could be deadly for everyone forced to live in these facilities until the vaccine is available.

We bear some of the blame for political discourse in this country having turned into such a dumpster fire. I've been asking Trump supporters why we get along so badly and they have told me that it is because of the judgemental and Superior way that liberals have spoken to them in the past. Some have even told me that they support Trump as a middle finger to the liberal Elites go out of their way to try to make God-fearing Americans feel bad about themselves.  I won't argue with you about that one. I think it's actually true, and I wish that things hadn't gone this way between us. I just wish we could set this crap aside until we get to a place where we are not dying by the thousands every week.

I get it, life can be boring and the world can be intimidating, so when you find a way to be significant, maybe even a hero, that doesn't require you to be physically fit, intellectually formidable, or courageous in any way, I suppose I can see the appeal of something like that to someone who has spent their entire life feeling powerless.

But floating the theory that the Navy Seals who risked their lives to take out bin Laden didn't actually do it?  You have crossed a line.   My Hope Is that many of you see that, and see how ridiculous this whole thing is and find a better way to make a difference in the world..... and I hope you do it soon, because I think you are about to find that the world is losing patience with you.

You and Trump see the hate, division, and death from disease that you've caused.  Yet you keep doing what you've  been doing.
