This week we are excited to bring you our next expert interview in our series on Parental Alienation (PA). Chris sits down with attorney Ashish Joshi of Joshi attorneys + counselors in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He practices law both domestically across the United States and internationally, specializing in cases of PA. He is extensively published in both professional journals, books and articles. Our conversation touches on great context and practical suggestions for recognizing and dealing with PA.

I am reaching out to more experts for this series and will cap it off with an episode on spiritual considerations as I sense a growing awareness of these issues.

We review the definition and levels of severity, why there is controversy, why it is so hard to work through the court system, and best practices for limiting the severity.
