Small actions and small words of encouragement matter more than you think. They can create a ripple effect of positivity in the world.  This week’s episode helps you recognize the importance of your unique gifts , your simple acts & words of kindness,  and allows you to know that they are worth sharing.

• Consider the wisdom it takes to know the difference between what you can and can’t control in your life.
