Live Behind The Veil

SUMMARY:

There is a sense that the Lord is opening up a greater anointing in the Spirit. He promised to make all things new. The expectation must be with us to experience things that we have not known before. We stir up our faith to reach into it.

SHOW NOTES:

We need a fresh anointing and a renewed awareness of His presence.

We're seeking something that is beyond anything we have known in the past.

Look for a whole new spiritual experience, which could mean not holding on to what you had in the past.

Keep knocking, keep seeking and become expectant like children.

It's the Holy Spirit revealing things that we've been waiting for, but we're so conditioned to keep waiting that we don't reach into it.

We just open up our spirit and we just receive the Holy Spirit.

I think this is something brand new; it's making things available that have not been available.

Lord, discomfort me with the next thing You're going to reveal to me. Please don't let us stagnate where we are.

The Lord is putting in us this childlike spirit where we're spontaneous; we're reaching for that new thing.

It means we start here, we start at zero, and we begin to learn and receive of the Lord in a new way.

Be expectant that all of our other experiences may not just be improvements of what we've already done, but may be so radically different that at first it confronts us.

SUMMARY:

Prayer can only be effective as we reach into the Lord and touch Him. Then you have God working through you to accomplish some aspect of the kingdom or to bring change in some way. In real prayer, we begin to think God's thoughts, to desire the things He desires, to love what He loves. When you do not have a revelation fro the Lord or confirmation, then it is better that you pray in the Holy Spirit by speaking in tongues.

Summary:

We have entered into the day of sabbath rest. All our striving and works must now give way to a complete trust and rest in Him knowing that He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. He has started a good work and He will finish it.

We are in the seventh day of Sabbath rest.

We must stop doing our own work and enter into His rest.

We are to labor to enter into His rest.

All of our talents and abilities are to be laid at His feet and He is the one who anoints us to move in these things.

We enter into this rest by trust and revelation worship.

We walk with Him many times not knowing where we are going,but just trusting Him to lead us.

We must dump our thinking and evaluating and put on His mind of trust.

You stop contending for things and you simply put your weight down on the Lord and say, "Lord, you've called us into this Kingdom Sabbath rest."

It's a labor to enter into that place where God Himself is doing the work and we've entered into a place of rest where we trust what He's doing, and rely on Him to complete the work.

The Sabbath rest is more than we understand. It is a place in God. It's a level of rest.

All of the effort and all of the abilities and everything He's given us; if the anointing of the Lord comes upon us, we move in those things, but there is a level of rest.

We have to be careful in how we think about this, that we don't allow this between our ears to interfere with His moving in the Spirit leading us and guiding us to take the steps.

This is the day of the fulfillment of every prophecy that's ever been spoken. This is the day that the seals on the book are being opened.

...I believe that you enter in through trust, but as we enter in through trust, we come into this revelation worship, because we're a people revelation. And we're to know by revelation, how things are done.

...sometimes you walk like Abraham walked, not knowing where you're going. That's kind of where you start out. I don't think that's where we end up. I think we end up in His presence and revelation, worship.

"I only do the things I see my Father do, and I only speak the things I hear My Father speak." The Sabbath, a day of rest of the scriptures referred to that is ceasing from our own labors.

Put on His mind so that you know how to think. Get out of your own thinking. Get out of your own evaluating, your own explanation of things, your own understanding. And just trust.

Takeaway:

Today we must rid ourselves of our own thinking, evaluating and conditioning of the past. There must be a total trust in Him , knowing that He is the Alpha and Omega and what He has begun He will finish; as He leads us into this new day of sabbath rest.

INTRODUCTION:

One of the main needs we have as believers is a real, interactive relationship with the Lord. The Lord views prayer as a way of creating a relationship with each of us. Unfortunately, a lot of the teaching on prayer does not give enough emphasis to God's desire for the relationship, so prayers reduce down to our own personal needs. There is nothing wrong with seeking God for our needs; prayer is really an opportunity to expand beyond that.

SHOW NOTES:

We need to seek a relationship with the Lord, if we want to truly be able to talk with Him,

You can have a connection, as with a father, where you can present a situation before Him in order to learn what is His perfect will in that situation.

Reciting the Lord's Prayer can be a very effective way of praying, if done thoughtfully as in worship.

As we mature in our relationship with the Lord, our prayers can be led by the Holy Spirit to pray more for others and the kingdom of God.

QUOTATIONS:

The Lord answers us when we seek Him...as we listen for His voice.

People think that prayer has everything to do with receiving something from God, and I don't think that's the truth....I think prayer actually is an avenue of creating a deeper relationship with you and Him.

The whole prayer that Christ taught isn't all about you or about you receiving; it's basically worship to the Lord, creating a relationship with Him, then you receive.

As you develop your relationship with Him, you find out you don't have to ask for things because He already knows what you need before you even ask.

I think our prayers change too. They get off the self-centered prayers and they begin to pray for your brothers, your sisters, for His kingdom, for things that He, the Holy Spirit, leads you to pray for.

As we approach God in prayer, Number One, we submit our hearts to Him, we give Him our hearts,

Think about how Jesus prayed in the garden: He absolutely had a relationship with the Father and when He was praying, He said,” Is there another way, Father” He had enough of a relationship that He could say, “dad, I know that's what You want Me to do, but is there another way? Nevertheless, not what I will, not what I want.”

Sometimes He says “no” and are we willing to accept the no? Are we willing to accept His perfect will in our lives?

It's really all about the relationship. That's where it starts. And all the steps you take in between when you first started giving God praise and worship and entering into His courts to pray. That relationship ends up with the joy.

SUMMARY:

When you have a relationship with the Lord, you talk to Him. We have the promise that Christ is standing at the door of our hearts, knocking, if we respond and open up to Him, He will relate with us. Now is the time to ask, to seek and to find Him. Our prayers go to Him to get that deeper relationship with Him.

I Can't explain

I can't explain, the beauty of Thy Name. The words escape my mind. I can't contain, all the blessings of Thy love. It's more and more each time.

I can't refrain, from giving all my love. It's more than I could ever express. I'll always stand, in the palm of Your right hand. Your touch has made me so blessed.

My proper place, is to fall before Thy face. And to worship with all That form Thee I will not depart. my heart. My hope shall be, to be always lost in Thee.
