Live BOLD Movement

What if the very pain that tried to take you out is the platform God will use to set you free?

In this powerful episode of the Live BOLD Movement, Tierney sits down with Holly Bahn of Turning Point Women's Life Coaching, for a raw and redemptive conversation about trauma, narcissistic abuse, identity, hope, and healing.

Holly vulnerably shares her journey through childhood trauma, toxic patterns, emotional abuse, divorce, and the life-altering moment when God revealed the truth: "It's all been a lie."

From believing she was a "cosmic pawn" to embracing her identity as a beloved daughter and ambassador of Christ, Holly unpacks the lies she had to confront, the pain she had to process, and how God transformed her deepest wounds into her greatest calling.

Key Takeaways

• Pain turns into purpose only when we give it to God and allow Him to heal what we've buried.
• Numbness costs us joy. When we shut off the pain, we also shut off our capacity for deep joy.
• Lies don't always look like lies. Many were planted in childhood and feel like "just the way things are."
• Hope is not naive. Our hope is in a person — Jesus — not in circumstances. When outcomes disappoint us, His faithfulness doesn't change.
• Shame dies when stories are told in safe places. Community and confession are part of the healing.
• Breaking generational curses is possible. It takes intention, but freedom is available to you and to those who come after you.

Holly reminds us: your story is not over. There is healing. There is freedom. There is joy.

Doors to the Kingdom CEO Community are OPEN!

This is not just another cute Christian community - we're building an ARMY of empowered women who understand that it's not about perfect attendance - it's about proximity. This is a sacred space for all your different seasons. Some weeks you'll be all in, and some you'll just need one breakthrough moment. Both are welcomed AND valuable.

This isn't a program where you fall behind. This is a sacred sisterhood for Jesus-loving, high-performing women who are Called, Empowered, and Obedient - you weren't built to build alone. This is not a program you complete, but where you come as you are, show up in your season - BELONG always. 👉 All the details are to get connected in the Kingdom CEO Community HERE.

Join the Kingdom CEO Community today and Build the Vision as BOLD as Your Faith™️

We're one week post the Live BOLD Virtual Experience but STILL on fire and basking in the afterglow of Holy Spirit moving through that special time together! In this solo episode, Tierney gets real about receiving hard feedback - and why leaning into it, rather than away from it, is one of the most powerful things you can do as a faith-driven entrepreneur. She shares what she learned from her own experience building the Kingdom CEO Community, how honest feedback from her inner circle helped her refine her messaging, and what the community is truly designed to be for the Jesus-loving, high-performing, mission-driven woman (and what it is NOT!)

Key Takeaways:

• Feedback is a gift, even when it stings. When your message isn't landing, it's not a sign to quit - it's a sign to get clarity. Surround yourself with people who will speak Truth in love.
• Learning from others saves time. Investing in coaches, programs, and community means you can shortcut the hard-won learning curve and integrate wisdom that others earned the expensive way.
• The Kingdom CEO Community isn't a program - it's a home base. There's no falling behind, no perfect attendance required. It's a sacred, on-going space for you to return to in every season of building.
• You don't have to fight alone. When you're walking in your calling, you have a target on your back. This community is designed to link arms, intercede for one another, and fight FROM victory - not for it.
• Whole-person growth. The community encompasses body, soul, and spirit, embracing the pillars of the Live BOLD Movement: family, freedom, finances, FARM-aceuticals, fitness, food, and fun - all with the foundation of Faith!

What's Inside the Kingdom CEO Community:

• Weekly mastermind calls - teaching and training based on what the community actually needs (feedback is necessary!)
• Guest expert sessions - also released as podcast episodes, featuring voices Tierney has personally learned from, partnered with, and gets to elecate within the community (one day it could even be your voice!)
• Networking & co-working hours - space to promote and celebrate each other's work, launches, books, podcasts, and ministries (there's no room for competition or comparison here!)
• Hot-seat coaching sessions - bring your real-time problem, get a real-time solutions in a safe, supportive space (breakthrough happens in community!)

What It Is NOT:

❌ Not just another cute Christian community (we're building an ARMY!)

❌ Not a program you can fall behind in (sacred space for all your different seasons)

❌ Not something you "complete" and move on from (where you belong)

❌ Not about perfect attendance (about proximity)

❌ Not one more thing adding pressure to your already full life (access to the right people)

❌ Not a space where you just get hyped up and encouraged (we pray behind your back and go to WAR in the courts of Heaven for you!)

❌ Not somewhere you have to show up all the way, every week, or feel like you've failed (accountability AND grace)

❌ Not a place for accumulating information (real integration and transformation!)

In this powerful episode of the Live BOLD Movement Podcast, Tierney sits down with Alana de la Cruz, a dynamic leader and multi-talented woman of faith - singer, #1 international bestselling author, transformational speaker, entrepreneur, and and the visionary behind SOLWIN TV (Shining Our Light Women's Inspiration Network), a global Christian women's streaming network airing on ROKU and all major streaming platforms.

This conversation is rooted in faith, obedience, and trust. Tierney and Alana dive deep into the realities of entrepreneurship, the spiritual preparation behind every God-sized assignment, and the resilience required to keep saying "yes" even when the journey feels bigger than you.

If God has placed a vision in your heart that feels too big, too bold, or too impossible, this conversation will remind you that He equips those He calls. Through stories, Scripture, and personal testimony, Tierney and Alana offer an authentic, hope-filled look at what it means to build with God, step by step, and yes by yes.

🔑 Key Themes & Takeaways

• The birth of SOLWIN TV during the pandemic and how God called Alana into media even when she felt unqualified.

• The truth that God doesn't need our perfection—He needs our yes.

• Why preparation often precedes promotion, and how God develops character, faith, and endurance long before He elevates us.

• The pruning, healing, and stretching seasons that shape us into leaders who can carry the assignment well.

• The importance of persistence and resilience in entrepreneurship—and how quitting is the only true failure.

• Real talk about spiritual and practical provision, trusting God as Jehovah Jireh, and seeing His faithfulness in unexpected ways.

• Tierney's reflections on the "preparation room" and how God uses every moment—past jobs, past pain, past seasons—to equip us for our calling.

The Joy-Full Entrepreneur series continues with a powerful reminder that "quitting is NOT failure" - sometimes quitting is FREEDOM! And often what we need to quit is the line of thinking that keeps us stuck in a cycle of perseverance that steals our peace.

In this Spirit-led conversation, host Tierney Shirrell sits down with Brittney Tollinchi, Purpose-Driven life and business coach, to unpack what it really means to walk by faith when God calls you out of the box and into your next season.

Together, they explore: 💜 What to do when God asks you to release what feels "safe" 🔥 How obedience often requires quitting what no longer aligns with your calling 🌿 The difference between worldly perseverance and Biblical perseverance 🙏 The power of being a "human being," not just a "human doing" 💡 Why stillness and surrender are where clarity begins

Brittney shares her personal story of leaving a high-level corporate leadership career - complete with global awards and success by every worldly standard - to follow God's call into entrepreneurship, ministry, and speaking. Her journey reminds us that letting go isn't losing... it's gaining freedom, peace, and purpose.
