Another special episode live from The French River with Tim and Thomas.  After yesterday's adventure-filled day, today is a stay day.  Beef Barley Stew from Kevin Ride's Backcountry Eats book was on the lunch menu today.  It met with rave reviews from both Tim and Thomas.
