Password management is a necessary evil. You must have a password for every account you have online. It can be tough to keep track of it all.
We're never 100% safe when it comes to password security. Hackers everywhere are looking for new and creative ways to cause havoc to our world. The best we can do is to implement best practices and always learning new ways to help protect ourselves and our clients' information. At the same time, we must find ways to make our processes easy and efficient.
In this episode, I share how I organize not only my passwords to keep me efficient, but also how I do my due diligence in keeping my client's passwords safe.

As I was looking at the memories that were popping up on my Facebook feed, I came across the pictures that Robert took of our massive yard sale back in 2011. Looking at those photos made me realize that every time we saw growth, we first downsized.
Our dream was to break away from the traditional lifestyle that we knew for a lifestyle that awarded us the freedom to be more nomadic. We wanted to have a work from anywhere lifestyle.
That sale to downsize our possessions got us closer to living our dream. Freeing ourselves from those things that were in the way of making our dream a reality was such a liberating experience.
Listen as I share more about what else we've downsized to allow growth in both our professional and personal lives. Maybe my downsizing experiences will inspire you to think of areas where you can let go to make room for growth.

To leverage your time, it's smart to outsource your social media management. You may fear that once you delegate your social posts, that your messaging will no longer be uniquely you.Your social feed will no longer be as personal.
In this episode, I cover three points when it comes to keeping your social feed personal, both from a business owner and an agency point of view.
Highlights:
Whether you're posting everything yourself or outsourcing, your social feed can either be one that is intentional, engaging, entertaining, and helpful, or your posts could be like throwing spaghetti at the wall.

Podcast production can be likened to the birth and raising of a child. At least that's how my friend, Dr. Michelle Deering pictures it. Leave it to a mother-daughter relationship specialist to make that type of analogy.
Michelle has often called me her "podcast midwife" guiding her through the birth of her hit podcast, Mother Daughter Connections. It was an honor to give her help when and where she needed it so that she could leap over the hurdles that were before her.
As with the birth of a child, the work doesn't stop there. You must care for and nurture the little bundle of joy for the child to grow and mature.
The same holds true for podcast production. Launching is just the beginning. Continued work and care must be done for the show to grow and mature. In this episode, I share a clip of a conversation Michelle and I had where she gives her perspective of what it takes to self-produce a podcast.
Enjoy!

Most individuals who say they are sick and tired of their day jobs and want a different lifestyle will choose to stay miserable and stuck. It's easier to stay put in doing what you know than venture out and do something different to find what you do love.
Plans are only achieved to the degree in which you IMPLEMENT!
Achieving the freedom lifestyle you desire isn't easy and achieved overnight. It does take work. It takes diligence. It takes implementation of your plan.
What plan is on your mind right now?
Is it to leave your day job? Is it to find remote work or start your own business? Is it to downsize and have a nomadic travel adventure? Is it to scale your business?
Have you taken the first steps in implementation? Are you taking at least one step each and every day? Are you staying consistent? Are you staying diligent?
In the coming weeks, I'm going to share more of my journey of what got me here and how I'm implementing plans for the future.
Many of the topics will circle around marketing, mindset, and personal branding.
