Jesus was a man of many desires which is why He was tempted as we are. But Jesus was able to manage His desires in such a way so as not to sin. He empowers us to do the same with Himself and His example.

What does Jesus’ genealogy teach us about God? Why did Luke include it?

John came preaching “a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sin.”  What is repentance?  How do we know if we have repented?  What prohibits us from repenting?

Because of the scary situation and how upset his parents are, it could be easy to say that Jesus was wrong when He stayed behind in the Temple.  But was He?  Or is it possible that we have made our expectations and emotions the measure of right and wrong instead of facts?
