Join the boys from your favorite Podcore Grindcast Confraternity in this week's installment as they discuss the Adult Alternative and Adult Contemporary Billboard charts, as well as some more pros and cons of streaming TV.
In sports news, Rob is back into soccer, John is still here, and Chris continues to try. Also discussed: the Buffalo Bills YouTube series "Embedded".
....That and way more. I just got tired of typing.
Enjoy!!!!
Chris, Rob and John talk a little religion, not in the way you may think, but definitely the way you'd expect coming from them. They also get into the Storm Area 51 movement, Amazon Prime Days, summer arts and crafts and closing the activity rings on your Apple Watch.
Other questions debated: How well do you know your neighbors? When do your taste buds change? How does your body know what to do with different foods?
Enjoy!!
Chris, Rob and John cover A LOT of material this week. So here's a list:
Bracing for Barry
How often do you check your voicemail?
What would happen if certain technologies wouldn't have been invented?
The ergonomics of game controllers
The Espy's
Network subscriptions: Isn't this what we've been waiting for?
(Break for fireworks)
Equal pay among US soccer players
Silk Stalkings (yes, the USA show from the 90's)
School lunches
Alcohol ban on flights.
Enjoy!!!
This week, Chris and Rob are joined by Jim Wirges to discuss the "Gimme Radio" app, the ridiculousness of metal sub-genres and speculate on why U.S. metal festivals are lacking.
They also look at information security methods, movie going habits and Jim's inclination to "help out" at bars.
Enjoy!
Join Chris, Rob and John as they ask the burning questions:
Virtual concert tickets, would you "attend"?
Should you diversify your talents into other revenue streams?
Should internet merch sites be allowed to use copyrighted material?
Are torrents still a thing?
Why are online ads done in the most annoying way possible?
When is your time to read?
Enjoy!!
This week Chris, Rob, and John break some records talking everything from video games to movies to video game movies. They also establish a new medical diagnosis system before they give you a rundown of the proposed best metal albums of 2019, per the internet. All that and Chris needs to ride his bike more, Rob is ready for Christmas and John's cats try to take over the show.
Enjoy!!!
Inspired by the recent passing of a friend, the boys have been thinking about their own health and mortality, regardless of the fact that they thought they were going to talk about ABC's reboot of old game shows. Either way, there's some good stuff in here and you may even learn something.
Enjoy!
Following up on Episode 216 "Redirect The Destruction", Chris, Rob and John are joined by metal connoisseurs Chris Lee and Jim Wirges to pare down their existing list of 30 80's metal albums to the definitive best 15, debatably only of said list. Potshots were taken, mud was slung, but no blood was drawn in the ranking of this list.
Enjoy!
Break music: Desecrator - "Bound In Hatred" used with permission, we have proof.
Rob has some internet reselling stories and Chris has a short foray with Photoshop. They also realize they are the masters of excuses, based on the amount of things they have procrastinated. Also, they plan their retirement via the lottery and give their thoughts on Jeopardy James.
Enjoy!
Rob surprises Chris and John by suggesting that they pick the top 30 (to be whittled down to 15 in a later episode) 80's metal albums, on the spot.
Also, John gives us a soccer update including how you won't be able to sit with your family at the Women's World Cup.
Enjoy!
