On this episode, we have the opportunity to unpack Heather's journey to becoming an entrepreneur, her business mind/company (Hulah), our faith in God, and the habits she focuses on to sustain the high performing lifestyle she lives. While leading an uncommon life, Heather displays a light to her communities that has helped impact my life and those around her.

Hulah's mission: It doesn’t matter how technologically sophisticated we become; emotional connectivity remains a core part of being human. Connecting with real people and sharing real conversations remains essential. In a culture of keyboard warriors, Hulah brings people back to sharing real conversations with it’s network full of real people. Our vision is simple: our technology is built to truly bring people together worldwide.

There are many facets in the current state of the world that are causing a lot of division in our homes, communities, work places, etc. On this episode, I share my perspective about listening to each other with intent, loving others more regardless of opinions, serving one another more, and ultimately the work that needs to be done by the individual self to help lessen the curve of division in our communities. Because it starts with us...
My vision is clear on how I will lead my life and although my thoughts were a bit all over the place in this one - I hope you walk away with a call to action... A call for our leaders (YOU) to amplify your roles at home, in your work place, your relationships, your families, etc. and stop the hate/division across the board. We need you more than ever, so let's do the work - you are not alone. Much love guys, thanks for rocking with me and for tuning into OCVO. Till next time... Take care of your minds, take care of your bodies, and take care of the people around you.

Sitting down with my boy Austin Milby a.k.a KAADENZE to talk about our journey with the 75Hard program. This is not a promotion or ad to convince anyone to embark in this mental toughness program but we believe it would bring some value to talk about our challenges, insights, and breakthroughs.
We hope you enjoy this episode and that you have takeaways to help attack the obstacles in your life that are holding you back from your full potential. We are designed to do more, be more, and ultimately become the greatest versions of ourselves and to have an excellent human experience... Through grit, perseverance, and discipline - we found that 75Hard gave us an extremely solid foundation that has set us up to win for the rest of our lives. Never stop chasing your dreams, don't listen to the noise, and put yourself in positions to level up by the choices, habits, and behaviors you decide to make every day.
Nothing but love for every single one of you. Just know... we are just getting started. Until next time - keep paying your dues and let's get after it.

In this episode, I talk about different practices that I have implemented in my life such as gratitude and constantly auditing myself to ensure that my Perspective on life is leading me to a more blissful, peaceful, and fulfilling human experience.
Due to our current state of society, it is too easy to be consumed into the troubles of the world, others and of the unlimited content on toxic social media, Netflix, Video games, etc. without realizing that we are spending unruly amount of our focus and energy into things that do not benefit us and that's including me. If we were to take that same amount of time, focus and energy and plug that into living a profound experience. It will give us a greater opportunity to live a fulfilling life. It will give us a greater opportunity to be happier, be more present and ultimately live the life we were designed to have.
Our lives life were not meant to be lived in darkness, sadness, anxiety and stress. Yes, these are inevitable in our lives as we embrace the human experience but if we commit to implementing daily practices of gratitude to alter our mindset and put in the work to audit our perspective. It will give us a strong foundation as to how we can take negative situations or negative mindsets and change the way we experience life in a much more positive and higher ROI centric style. We deserve to enjoy life regardless of what we are going through and I believe that practicing gratitude and being thankful for the things we have and not what we don't have will lead us to a more present and more fulfilling life. It has for me and I want the same for you too...

The chances of existing is basically zero. Anyone who is alive right now including those who are reading this, has defied an impossible one to 400+ trillion odd... Pretty amazing, right?! They way I see it is the fact that we defied that odd means that we were born with a purpose and I believe that full heartedly down to my core. To be alive is the greatest gift in the world and we need to take advantage of this opportunity.
For most of my life I did not believe that and also didn't know what my purpose was or what impact I could have on Earth. God intervened into my life in 2016 and changed the course of my legacy forever. From that time on I knew what I had to do to become the man I wanted to be but did not grasp the concept of longevity and sustainability with the lifestyle I was going to live.
As I accomplished many goals I set out for including: losing 100+ pounds, first generation college graduate, strengthening my relationship with God, impacting lives all around me, etc. I got comfortable and slowly let negative habits creep back into my life which ultimately led to the loss of a burning fire to be relentless in my pursuit of being the best version of myself. As my pursuit lessened, challenges and trials that presented themselves became daunting to face and felt as if I was completely losing control of my life until recently when I had another damaging back injury and also discovered 75HARD created by Andy Frisella.
I am 31 days into this program and had a massive realization that if I want to achieve becoming the man God purposed me to be (physically, spiritually, mentally, professionally, financially, with relationships, etc.) it will require a relentless effort from me day, after day, after day and an understanding that this choice of lifestyle will have no ending... I have experienced what it is like to live like this and to also have it stripped from me because of my own choices and behaviors. Now that I have experienced both sides, I am willing to do everything in my power to never allow that to happen again.
If you have not already, I encourage you to take the necessary time to figure out who you are in the now and who you want to be for the rest of your life. Once you come to a conclusion, then it is time to relentlessly pursue that version of yourself and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER quit. We are not alive "by chance" and we are definitely not designed to live a mediocre life. I pray for strength, guidance and your ability to believe in yourself as we continue this journey together. Until next time... pray about it, be about it, and let's get it!

Taking control of our habits(micro/macro), focusing on our health/fitness/wellness, identifying the excuses we make for ourselves, and taking action to overcome the obstacles of ourselves that are holding us back from our full potential.
By creating sustainable habits in our life, this will help us live the life we are purposed to live and create opportunities to impact the people around us in an exponential way.
**For transparency, 75HARD is not a challenge or transformation trend. It is a mental toughness program created by Andy Frisella.
