Yes and no.

Yes, it is a very real physiological response in the body.

No, it is not always valid and true.

So we have to develop the discernment to know which fears are legit and which ones are bullshit (spoiler - most of them are bullshit). So that's what today's bite sized nugget of wisdom is all about. Gain control over your fears, or they will rule your life. It's that simple.

1. Your situation/circumstance/past/current reality does NOT define you

2. Today is just a ripple of who you were

3. You decide & define who you are & what is available to you & what you are worthy/capable of

4. Those decisions then determine the reality that you create for yourself

5.  Stop buying into your bullshit

6. Recognize that you are absolutely & completely limitless 

7. Go do rad shit

8. I love you

You have to plan for your success. You have to determine your vision, reverse engineer it into small goals along the way, and then break those down even further into 3-5 daily non-negotiables that will gradually move the needle forward. Because the hard truth is - no one's gunna do it for you. No one's gunna chase your dreams for you. No one's gunna make your vision happen for you. NO ONE'S GUNNA SAVE YOU. So wake up and save yourself. I love you.

Integrity - it's a heavy word, yeah? And a bit of a buzz word. One of those things it's easier to talk about than to live. I get it, AND I know it's the #1 way I've been able to build unfuckwithable delusional af confidence. The promises that you make to yourself are the most important ones to keep. Tune into for a little nugget of wisdom to light that fire under your ass. ILY.
