Most people will live their entire lives enslaved to the reasons why they can't. Why it isn't possible for them. Why it'll never happen. My question for you is - Can you find one reason why you can? Why you must? Why you absolutely have to show up for you & what you're creating with your life? JUST ONE. And then can you commit to being fully & completely in service to that one reason why you can?

My wish for you this holiday is that you don't give up on you. That you realize you can be committed to yourself, your dreams, and your goals AND still enjoy your holiday. They try to make it about what they DO instead of about who they ARE. Behavior change and habit formation isn't a DOING thing - it's a BEING thing, and the faster you realize that, the better off you'll be.

Just because you were born in a female body does NOT mean you're destined for a life of pain & suffering at the hands of your period. THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.

What stories are you feeding? Which ones are you simultaneously trying to kill off AND keeping alive by simply giving them your time and attention?
