Living Authentically

In this episode, I’m chatting with my friend Tom Evans. Tom is a meditation teacher, author, and former engineer. Our talk goes all over the place but we do manage to talk about everything from his spiritual journey, and how his books and teachings write themselves through him, we also talk about how time is not what it appears to be, especially within meditation. Tom kindly guides a short meditation near the end of the chat.

Change is the great constant in our lives. So how can having a meditation practice help us navigate the strong ebbs and flows of real life? In this beautiful moving short talk, John shares a recent example of a hugely significant life-changing moment​ and reflects on the nature of authenticity in our practices when all our perceived ​strategies​ fail us.

In this episode I’m chatting with my friend Frances Trussell. Frances is a meditation teacher, author, and former broadcast journalist. As our practice of living in spacious awareness deepens there are times when we will feel like we've lost our connection, what can we do then?
