This episode is about what some of my biggest lessons were from the Unstoppable In Life and Business conference I attended last month in Scottsdale, Arizona. Connection comes from vulnerability. What is your truth and are you hiding it? How can we focus on what matters most to access our gifts, make an impact, reach our goals, show love and receive love? It starts with the Self.
Join me for these quick and dirty (unedited, unpolished) episodes as we talk about:
- The problem (and beauty) of enough-ness
- Recognizing where this is creeping in for you
- Consciously deciding when you've had enough
- Re-framing your mindset of your limitations and control
Is there a thought or need you're obsessing over? Is your need to be productive and successful actually hurting your productivity and success? You could be living in a scarcity mindset. In this episode we take a different look at scarcity and how it impacts the way you're showing up, and also the impact on the brain itself.
As women, we can carry a lot. But should we? What permission slips are you signing in your life?
What are you rushing? Is it physical rushing to and from, managing schedules and expectations, or is pressure and judgement that you are internalizing from scarcity of not having enough, not being where you should be, or the thoughts you have about the people in your life.
In this episode I give my definition of rushing, and the 3 key components that create the negative result and a whole lot of suffering.
What beliefs do you have about your children? Is the way you parent also the way you show up in other areas of your life (most commonly: we want to control everything)? In this episode we will talk about beliefs that may be slowing you down and increasing frustration in your parenting, where our beliefs come from, and ways that we can parent to open up what's possible for our kids.
What is your Decisive Moment? What are the barriers to the clarity you need to position yourself to give meaning to this moment? We'll bring this picture to life in this episode, with specific strategies and tools broken down to four clear steps.
Welcome to Living Connected! This episode is an introduction to who I am and how I got here: HINT: it was messy and hard. It still is, but with the clarity and confidence, and most importantly, the CONNECTION-- we can live our potential. This centering and love for ourselves will carry over into our parenting and how we show up for our kids to better understand them.
