Hi Everyone,
My name is Jenifer and I am the host of livinginjensmind! I am so happy to have you in my little podcast family.
For today's episode, I really wanted to talk about how as a human our first instinct we tend to first feel is fear when things start to feel different in our life's , due to us not knowing what is going to happen next. The thought of not knowing creates anxiety and I have experienced that where I have ran back to many toxic situations because I am so scared of being uncomfortable. But with change a lot of new opportunities and many blessings can come our way. And that is why I began to question why I was so scared of change, I started to notice that I was repeating cycles and not letting myself grow or learn. Hope you guys enjoy today's episode! Can't wait for the next.
XOXO,
Jen
Hi Everyone,
It's been such a long time that I have recorded for you guys. But I am back, ready to share all my new episode ideas with you guys.
Today's episode I really wanted to share this topic of consistency with you guys because it's something that I have been struggling with that has me very frustrated. And I am sure for others that struggle with consistency it could be very overwhelming for you as well. But in this episode I shared my thoughts and tips that have helped me find ways to become a bit more consistent with things. I also share a lot about how your mental state can really affect your consistency. With making you less motivated and much distracted in following through with things. I really hope you guys enjoy todays episode. Always remember YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, YOU ARE WORTHY, AND IT'S ALL ABOUT SELF LOVE!
With love,
J

Hi Everyone,
Today's episode was a little different, it's my first interview on my podcast and it was a truly amazing experience. I interviewed my amazing friend Joel Estrada an entrepreneur that's main focus is real estate. We talked about the importance of setting goals, visualizing them, and taking care of your emotional/mental health. This conversation made me open my mind to a lot of things and made it clear of what I want to see in my future. The tips he gives and the research he provides really made me notice how important self- love is because without it you can not accomplish things in life. Listen to the episode and open your mind to all the things Joel says. Enjoy!

Hi Everyone,
Welcome back my loves, today's episode I really wanted to focus on the impact of comparing my body to others body. And how this made me very insecure, while scrolling through Instagram and not loving my body for how it is. This taught me to not be mean to myself and not focus too much on losing weight. I hope you guys enjoy today's episode, always remember you are beautiful, you are worth it and it's all about self love. - J

Hey Everyone,
Hope you guys enjoy this episode on Social Media and it's negative side. As social media grows many people have made it clear that social media has impacted them in a negative way and developed mental health issues for them. And I really wanted to talk about this because it is true that the influence on social media can be bad and make many self conscious. But Always be true to yourself and put your mental health first, if you need a break take that break and see that these mean comments are not your reality . I love you guys so much thank you for all the Support.
Lots of Love , Jenifer

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share a little update with you guys about how I have been feeling just because I used to to think bad days were bad. But this little experience showed me that I should use this to make me stronger and to keep pushing through life. I hope you guys could relate and know that it is okay to have a bad day. And to use things like meditating and manifestation as tools to help these bad days get better. I love you guys so much, Thank you for all the support.
