We all go through things in life, and as a friend, how do you show up?  In this episode, I'm solo, taking a little time to speak my thoughts and experiences dealing with friends that have gone through different things.    

It can be difficult to let go, but it's important to know when the time has come in relationships.  Kasey and I discuss friendships that have grown apart or that we have had to walk away from.  We talk about how it made us feel to walk away, and we identified how we knew it was time.  Take a listen and consider your circle. Are you holding on to any friendships that are no longer serving you?

We are continuing the celebration of WOMEN and friendship!  Kasey and I talk about the women of "Girlfriends" and "Sex and The City" and discuss which character we identify with and why.  We highlight some key characteristics of the women and discuss why it's important to have those characters in your circle.  Consider your friends, love them, lift them, and let the relationship inspire you.    

Hey everyone! Welcome to season two.  We are so excited and hope you are ready for some more great conversations.  Kasey and I are talking about our circle of friends, the dynamics of the different relationships, and what they bring to our lives to start the new season.  We are shouting out our favorite ladies and letting them know we love them, as well as celebrating ourselves.  

As we approached the end of season 1, Kasey and I pondered over the question, Is love enough?  After all of our conversations discussing love and relationships, it was a great way to move out of one chapter into another.  Listen to the conversation as we give our opinion and practical application for identifying your answer to that question.

We continue the conversation about your "types" type, but we are asking for a male's perspective.  We talk to Johnny Reed, a Chicago native and founder of Project Heal Inc. (a non-profit mental health organization).  He gives Kasey and me a deeply detailed look inside his thoughts on his type, relationship, and how we can consider taking off the conventional lens and seeing people differently.  It is an awesome conversation that has so many gems that can help us all.
