In this episode, Kasey and I interview a couple that has been married for 40 years and have been together for 46 years.  Rhonda and David tell us their love story of how they met. They discussed how they had maintained their love for each other over the decades: discussed how they dealt with and overcame challenges and disappointment, and we talked about how they have enhanced each other's lives.   We ask Rhonda and David to talk to the younger generation about love and marriage and impart words of wisdom.     

In this love talk, Kasey and I talk about what broken hearts teach us.  We talk about a time when we had our heartbroken, what we felt, what we learned, and how we healed from it.  We talk about different ways to heal from broken hearts, some practical things you can do like journal your thoughts, say daily affirmations, and believe that you are good enough.  Let us know your thoughts by emailing them to [email protected].
