Today I’ll be going over some different ways to incorporate reflection into your week or your daily life. Reflection is key to progression. We cannot move forward without knowing where we have been.
When you think of documenting or saving moments you may think of a scrapbook. And while queen poppy of trolls may swear her queendom on the effectiveness and value of scrapbooking I can’t quite agree with her. Scrapbooks are awesome but in today’s age of instant technology, I’m sorry but they just take too long to make.
So how can we create a way to look back on memories without taking as much time to curate them, while ensuring that the content withstands the test of time and fading memories.
Today I will share a conversation with a special guest about how to do this, why it’s important, and what it can create. Our topic today is videography. And my best friend, R Jay Molina will tell us all about it.
Diving into a creative task can be a great way to separate your mind from the business of work or you day to day schedule. But does it fit into your schedule? In this episode we will reflect on our last weeks' task of painting every day and move into how to create an efficient day. Making lists and schedules aren't just for very organized people, they're for anyone who wants to streamline their day and get things done!

Today is a stressful day. This week is a stressful week. Let’s be honest. The past six months have been stressful. So how do you get through the week? How do you take a moment each day to breathe?
This week I will attempt to paint something each day in an effort to destress and focus on the day to day.

Our focus for this week will be to go over our observation writings from last week where we reminded ourselves that it is ok to just "be". We also have the lovely Suzanne Ling, health coach and speech therapist, discussing the advantages of drinking water and how hydration can benefit our daily lives.
