    “Do We Even Have Hobbies?”

This episode didn’t go quite as planned—and that’s what made it beautiful.

Join Lisa, Terry, and Graham as they toss the outline and follow their hearts into a spontaneous, real-life conversation about hobbies, guilt, rest, productivity, and why relaxing can be so hard (especially for type-A helpers who love to serve).

It’s rambl-y, and refreshing. Hopefully you’ll enjoy the spontaneity, nod along, and maybe even reflect on your own relationship with downtime. From floating in the pool and golfing with grandkids to the deeper reasons we resist rest, this episode explores what it really means to live well—and love well—together.

We also tease a deeper dive into a controversial topic: vaccine exposure and post-injection support. While we didn’t go there fully just yet, we promise to bring in trusted guests who can help unpack the science with grace and compassion. If you'd like the reference guide we mentioned, just reach out.

✨So grab your headphones, take a walk, or fold some laundry while you hang out with us—this one feels like a cozy conversation around the kitchen table.

It's International Joke Day, and we’re starting with a few laughs—but then....

In this eye-opening, occasionally spicy, and always unfiltered episode, Dr. Terry and Lisa open the conversation on what men really need to know about their health. We're talking about more than just testosterone levels and “low T” ads—this is about libido, longevity, stamina, stress, and showing up strong in every area of life.

    We cover:

    - The truth about testosterone (hint: it’s not just about sex)
    - Why most men ignore the real warning signs—until it’s too late
    - How stress quietly kills libido, mood, and metabolic function
    - What happens when you override the body with prescriptions… instead of supporting it
    - The danger of hormone-disrupting ingredients (yes, even in your soap and shaving cream)
    - The power of regenerative therapies like BPC-157, Dihexa, and Tirzepatide
    - Why men need brotherhood, grounding, and a connection to purpose
    - And yes—Lisa quizzes Terry on Kegels for men and he passes with flying colors. 💪

We also drop this truth bomb:
👉 Virility isn’t just about performance—it’s about PURPOSE.
A healthy man isn’t just living longer, he’s living stronger.

    🧠 BONUS:
We also chat about the unsung hero of men’s health: MAGNESIUM.

Ready for a deep breath and a good belly laugh? 😄 In this episode of Living Well Together: Big Life in a Small Town, Lisa & Terry are talking about all the once-crazy ideas that are now totally normal (and maybe even essential for healing). Lisa opens up about grief, healing through craniosacral therapy, and the power of honoring your body’s signals… while Terry brings the truth about chiropractic care, nervous system dominance, and how to unplug from the noise so your body can actually heal. (Plus: shoutout to Graham’s garden radishes 🥬 and the real reason Taven Dillard videos are so satisfying.)

    📌 Topics include:
-Things we used to think were “woo” but now we know are true
-Touch as medicine (yup, real science behind those hugs)
-Ancient wisdom + nervous system healing
-Unplugging from fear, media, and Big Pharma noise
-Funny conspiracy thoughts... and heartfelt moments of truth
