In this personal episode, Esther opens her heart and shares a journey that has shaped her over the past seven years — the journey of being single, of rediscovering her worth, and of learning what love truly means when it comes from within.
After years of independence and strength as a single mom, Esther realized something profound: being strong is beautiful, but being soft is transformative.
At a Tony Robbins event, surrounded by thousands of people, she had a powerful awakening — one that made her see her role not just as a woman, but as a mother, a role model, and a mirror for her two sons.
In this episode, you’ll hear
why being single can be the most sacred time of self-discovery,
The moment Esther understood that healing herself means healing generations
How masculine and feminine energies can become unbalanced — and how to restore harmony
Why vulnerability is not weakness but the birthplace of love
Esther speaks with raw honesty and compassion — about growing up between a strong father and a fragile mother, about wearing the armor of “the strong woman,” and about the courage it takes to finally lay it down.
This episode is an invitation to every woman who has ever felt she needed to do it all alone. It’s for the strong ones who long to feel held again. It’s for the hearts that are ready to open — slowly, softly, bravely. Because love isn’t lost. It’s always been there — quietly waiting for you to open the door.

In this episode, I share a deeply personal story about my father. After my mother passed away earlier this year, he became bitter, negative, and often unkind to me. People told me it was dementia, that there was no hope for change. For weeks, I called and visited him, but each encounter left me heartbroken.
And then, something shifted. As we carried his books into the elderly home, I discovered how much we shared — the love of art, languages, and philosophy. Soon, my father began reading again. Slowly, he grew sharper, kinder, and more joyful.
In this episode, I talk about how books helped bring my father back to life, how our relationship transformed once more, and why I now believe: it is never too late to hope. Even when everything looks lost, change is always possible.
P.S. If you’re navigating your own family challenges and long for guidance, I’m here. I offer one-on-one sessions where I support you with tools and presence to help you move forward with more lightness and hope.

In this episode, Esther shares a deeply personal story from her time as a crew member at Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within event in Cologne. When a conflict with catering staff triggered old wounds of “not being good enough,” she found herself back in tears, reliving painful moments from her corporate past.
But through the support of a Tony Robbins trainer, she discovered something powerful: that no one else can define her worth.
Esther reflects on the challenges of people-pleasing, the longing for approval, and the freedom that comes when we finally realize our value comes from within. She offers practical tools to anchor self-worth and invites listeners to shift old stories of unworthiness into healing and strength.
This episode is for anyone who has ever felt “not enough” at work or in life—and longs to step into their true worth.

In this episode, I open up about a challenging family situation that arose while clearing out my parents’ home after my mother’s passing and my father’s move to an elderly home. What should have been a process of sharing memories became a source of tension, disappointment, and hurt.
Instead of staying trapped in anger or continuing the cycle of reacting and counter-reacting, I explore how to step back, process the emotions, and choose a different response. Through meditation, journaling, and silence, I found my way back to calm and forgiveness.
This story isn’t about blame—it’s about learning how to break old family patterns and becoming a role model for the next generation. It’s about showing our children that even when we feel deeply hurt, we can choose peace, forgiveness, and love, and carry light into our families.

I share my story of growing up in what I thought was a “normal” family—no divorce, no drama, no visible illness. Yet beneath the surface, there was a profound lack of emotional support and unconditional love.
My mother struggled with untreated depression, my parents were emotionally immature, and I spent years feeling unseen, ashamed, and unworthy of love. I believed I was a bad person because I didn’t feel the love I needed from them, and I was often told I wasn’t grateful enough.
Through therapy and self-reflection, I began to understand the emotional poverty I grew up in. I learned how important it is to acknowledge our feelings, to stop carrying shame, and to start loving ourselves deeply and unconditionally.
If you’ve ever felt that your family wasn’t “broken enough” to deserve healing, or if you struggle with feelings of unworthiness despite a seemingly normal childhood, this episode is for you.
Together, we explore how to break free from old beliefs, celebrate your worth, and invite authentic love into your life—starting with the love you give yourself.
