Casey is the author of Finding Your Way Back to Heart Center: Cancer Treatment Ended, Now What? and holds multiple certifications in trauma-informed yoga, cancer exercise, nutrition, somatics therapy, and Reiki healing. Through her work, she guides survivors toward healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.
