Scripture: Acts 2:1-8

Synopsis:

Faith is easy to see and find when we first come to Christ.  It is the thing that flourishes first and makes us happy to take the initial step into a relationship and journey with our Creator.  Likewise, faith is easy to see when we come out the other side of a troubled time.  But how do we make sure that our faith is strong while in the midst of the storm?  Jesus promises all of His followers times of persecution and hardships.  How do we keep the faith that God is always by our side, when in the hardest moments we feel the most abandoned?
