Title:                      What Kind of Church Are We: “Who and Where Are Our Sheep?”

Theme:                  What is our response to those who don’t know Jesus? Do we despise them and believe we are better than they are? Are we indifferent to them and live as if they are God’s problem, not ours. Do we welcome them when they seek us out? Or do we passionately and purposely seek the lost sheep wherever and whoever they are?

Theme:                  As followers of Jesus we should eat and drink as he did. But most of the time Jesus didn’t eat and drink with the people who were considered the “Cream of the Crop” but more like the “skimmed milk of the earth”. In asking ourselves, “What Kind of Church Are We?” we may also need to ask ourselves, “Lord send us the people nobody else wants” and mean it?

Theme:         There are many things about life that cause us to be in fear. The Spirit ministers to our fears, overcomes our fears, and enables us to live with hope and confidence, despite our fears.
