Liz Clark has sailed and surfed 25,000 nautical miles across and around the Pacific. Mostly solo. She is a National Geographic Adventurer of the Year.

Liz shares a story from being pushed to her limits during a 1300 mile solo crossing and the salty, rough conditions that opened her eyes to the 'caustic' nature of comfort, and exposed deep spiritual learnings she hadn't really been seeking.
