By 2013 Liz Faircloth had been investing in real estate for many years while also building a business with her husband and working full time as a consultant. Though on paper she seemed to have it all—a successful passive income, a healthy baby, and a growing business, she still felt empty at the end of the day. After some discovery, she realized what she was missing was connecting with and serving others with education and community building. A decade later, Liz and her team now own and manage millions of dollars of real estate. Along with business partner Andresa Guidelli, Liz founded The Real Estate InvestHER where they have helped hundreds of women worldwide connect to one another, align their goals with the lifestyle they want to live, and take their business to the next level while building generational wealth.
