I'm here with another metaphor for you. After yoga I had a realization that it may seem simple, but the past 2 years have been transformative for me. It's all because of one thing. The Fear. The fear of going backwards.

Success isn't a straight line, but it is a spiral staircase and we are going up baby!

It's so cliché, but post yoga me is always a basic bitch.  I truly want you to feel your feelings and appreciate where you are currently because the universe is giving you lessons to get you to where you need to be.

I want you to be proud of yourself, it doesn't make you conceited, it makes you confident. If you're in your feels or you're experiencing some seasonal depression, let's get through it together.
