From police raids and Tony Soprano comparisons to the untold stories from inside the club, the Hollywood appearances nobody knew about, and what it was really like going to prison as a Hell's Angel. • I Went Undercover Against My Own NYPD Officers — Then They Sent Me to Rikers | Steven Lee

Steven Lee rose to the rank of sergeant in the NYPD before everything collapsed. In this episode of Locked In with Ian Bick, Steven breaks down one of the most dangerous things a cop can do — go undercover against his own department for Internal Affairs — and what the system did to him afterward. Years later an off duty incident at a nightclub ended his career and landed him on Rikers Island. He opens up about what it's really like being a former cop behind bars, the corruption he witnessed and exposed, and the true cost of speaking out against your own brothers in blue.

  • I Spent 20 Years in Prison — I Watched a Man Get Set on Fire | Charles "Cadillac" Anderson

Charles "Cadillac" Anderson joins Locked In with Ian Bick to share his story of spending over 20 years in the Arkansas and federal prison systems. Growing up in a rough neighborhood surrounded by gangs and violence, with his father in and out of his life, Charles was raised by a mother who did everything she could—but the streets pulled him in. Trying to fit in and be accepted led to a robbery charge that landed him 13 years in the Arkansas prison system, where he was sent to a max unit and exposed to extreme violence on a daily basis. In this episode, he talks about being stabbed in prison, witnessing brutal attacks, and what it takes to survive behind bars. After his release, he developed a drug addiction and began dealing, which ultimately led to a federal prison sentence. Charles opens up about hitting rock bottom, the cycle of crime and addiction, and how he finally turned his life around after serving decades behind bars. This is a raw, unfiltered look at prison life, violence, addiction, and redemption.

  • I Was a Kid… Then I Got 50 to Life in Prison | Jamel Stevens

Jamel Stevens joins Locked In with Ian Bick to share his story of being sentenced to 50 to life in the California prison system at just 14 years old. Growing up in a single-parent household after his father was sent to prison, Jamel turned to the streets and got involved in gangs at a young age. A gang-related murder charge led to him going to trial as a teenager, where he ultimately lost and was given a life sentence. In this episode, he breaks down what it was like entering prison as a kid, how he survived nearly 15 years behind bars, and the reality of facing decades in prison before his life even started. After changes in the law, Jamel was given a second chance and released, and he reflects on the lessons he learned, the mistakes he made, and how he's rebuilding his life today.
