Ben McChesney spent 25 years behind bars, serving time in more than a dozen state and federal prisons across the country — from low-level facilities to some of the toughest penitentiaries in America. His story is one of chaos, survival, and defiance. After being accused of stealing several pallets of firearms in what became one of the largest gun heists in his state, Ben went on the run to Mexico for two years before being captured. Acting as his own attorney, he fought multiple cases, beat a federal kidnapping charge, and survived years of violence and transfers across 14 federal prisons. Inside, he ran underground poker tables, fought predators, and lived by his own code. Raw, unfiltered, and brutally honest, Ben's story exposes the reality of long-term prison life, corruption, and what it truly takes to survive 25 years in the system. #LockedInWithIanBick #PrisonStories #TrueCrime #LifeInPrison #RedemptionStory #RealStories #PrisonLife #SurvivingPrison Thank you to BLUECHEW for sponsoring this episode: Visit https://bluechew.com/ and use promo code LOCKEDIN at checkout to get your first month of BlueChew & pay five bucks for shipping.

Chris Feistl spent 26 years working for the DEA, including three years in Colombia during the 1990s, helping take down one of the most powerful drug empires in history — the Cali Cartel. His real-life work was portrayed in Narcos: Season 3, but the truth behind the show is even wilder. From undercover operations to high-stakes cartel takedowns, he witnessed firsthand the danger, corruption, and chaos of the war on drugs. Over his career, he earned the DEA Award of Honor, Award for Exceptional Service, and multiple Performance Awards for his role in international investigations. In this exclusive interview, he opens up about what really happened in Colombia, how Narcos got it right (and wrong), and what it was like to spend decades hunting some of the world's most dangerous traffickers. #LockedInWithIanBick #DEAAgent #Narcos #CaliCartel #TrueCrime #DrugCartel #NarcosNetflix #realstories Thank you to BLUECHEW for sponsoring this episode: Visit https://bluechew.com/ and use promo code LOCKEDIN at checkout to get your first month of BlueChew & pay five bucks for shipping. Dave Franke shares the journey that most people could never imagine living through. Growing up in California, Dave became involved in the skinhead gang lifestyle at a young age, pulled in by identity, belonging, and survival. That path led him into some of the hardest jails and prisons in California, where violence, politics, and racial tension were a part of everyday life. Over time, Dave began questioning everything—his beliefs, his identity, and the world he thought he understood. He eventually renounced the skinhead lifestyle, determined to break the cycle and find a new purpose. After rebuilding his life and establishing himself in a stable career, he took a dramatic turn few would ever see coming: he went to Mexico and worked alongside law enforcement in operations targeting drug cartels. #LockedInWithIanBick #RealStories #PrisonStories #TrueCrime #CartelStories #SurvivorStory #ChangeYourLife #StreetToStrength Thank you to BRUNT & PRIZEPICKS for sponsoring this episode: Brunt: $10 Off @BRUNT with code LOCKEDIN at https://www.bruntworkwear.com/lockedin #bruntpod Prizepicks: Visit https://prizepicks.onelink.me/LME0/IANBICK and use code IANBICK and get $50 in lineups when you play your first $5 lineup! Michy Morillo opens up about her experience being pushed into the street life at a young age and how quickly things escalated. As a teenager, her house arrest was revoked, and she was sent to juvenile prison, where she spent years navigating a system that was not built to help kids, but to break them. Michy shares what it was like to be locked away so young, separated from family, and forced to adapt to an environment where survival came before everything else. She talks about the emotional and psychological impact of incarceration — acting out, being isolated, and learning to shut down her feelings just to make it through. But what stands out in Michy's story is not just the pain — it's the transformation that came after. She explains how she eventually found purpose, rebuilt her identity from the ground up, and committed herself to helping the youth who are walking the same path she once did. #LockedInWithIanBick #JuvenilePrison #RealStories #StreetLife #SystemFailedMe #LifeLessons #RedemptionJourney #changeyourlife Thank you to ExpressVPN for sponsoring this episode: Secure your online data TODAY by visiting https://www.expressvpn.com/lockedin to find out how you can get up to four extra months.
