Back in 2017, Katherine unknowingly confronted her first bout of mold toxicity in an LA apartment with hidden water damage. She put on 20+ pounds, her face was puffy, her skin turned gray, and her hormones were WAY off. She spent an entire year in bed and grew increasingly anxious, isolated & depressed.

It was in this darkness that Katherine set out on the path to become her own health advocate. She saw countless allopathic & functional medicine practitioners, experimented with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic modalities, and learned that even though she had to adopt new health & lifestyle protocols, this didn’t mean she had to lose all hope of living a “normal” life.
