Should believers fast today and if so what is its purpose?

John 11:17-27 - Knowing that Jesus is the Life & the Resurrection. Knowing that He is all we need today.

John 1:14 - Why did the Son of God become a man?

To become a suitable substitute; to give us a sufficient righteousness; to be a superior example; to be a sympathetic high priest and to give us the surety of the resurrection and of heaven.

Matthew 1 - At first sight Matthew chapter 1 is just a tedious family tree, but when we look more closely it is an epic story of how Jesus came into the world – a story that challenges us with three big questions.

Matthew 2:1-2 - How did people react to Jesus' birth?

The great news is that He fulfilled the law on our behalf - so His fulfillment of it becomes our fulfillment of it.

Security- God guides and protects our way

Sacrifice - God provides the sacrifice

Salvation - God reveals the good news

Luke 1:26-56 - Are we willing to submit and to be used for his glory ?

Submission magnifies the almighty powerful God.
