Dan and Phil couldn’t wait for the latest Warhammer Community Reveals from this weekend’s (07/11/25-09/11/25) World Championship of Warhammer, so they opted instead to talk about a couple old Warhammer books they really liked. Dan picked the 4th Edition Eldar Codex, and Phil went for the hipster pick and chose to talk about Tamurkhan the Throne of Chaos.

Dan and Phil didn’t really have anything all that specific to talk about. Yes, Phil had been over to Gibraltar very recently for the SN Battle Reports No Retreat 40k Tournament Thingy, so we talk about that for a bit. Also, GW have announced a bunch of stuff like a new Warhammer Quest, and some Christmas Bundle boxes, so we talk about all that stuff also. Phil and Dan forgot… or more specific Dan forgot to buy the New Leagues of Votann Codex. Because of this, they couldn’t just phone it in like they might normally do and read/review Codex Leagues of Votann, instead dear listener/viewer, they put a bit of effort into it and did a filmed Tier List. You can see their faces’ and everything! Horrifying.

But what is their Leagues of Votann Tier List about!? It’s not about what’s good in game on the tabletop, but what’s good on the eyes. Or at least, what they think are the prettiest of Kin.
