Francene Hash has been active in administration and management for more than 20 years as a President, Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Chief Administrator.   As an Administrative Consultant, she now works with non-profits and businesses to assess their overall operational structure and to develop a 2-5-10 Year Strategic Master Plan to implement their mission. Francene is a published author and has written personnel manuals and operations manuals for most standard departmental business operations. 

Some of her community services include being a board member of Love Community Center, Gramercy Research Institute, and Centers for Comprehensive Services. She is featured in Who’s Who Among American Professionals, an alumni of Leadership Connections and Leadership Winston Salem, a volunteer at the Hawley House Women’s Shelter, and an active member of St. Peter’s World Outreach Center Church.
