Sweet Friends,
After a three-and-a-half-month break, I'm back, and I'm easing us in together with an honest conversation about grief, mental health, and healing after miscarriage.
In this episode, I open up about why I stepped away and what this break taught me about healing not being linear. Then we dive into the heart of today's topic: what grief after miscarriage really looks like (including disenfranchised grief — the kind the world doesn't always see), the mental health impact it can carry, and most importantly, how to gather real support around yourself when you need it most.
This episode is empathetic, honest, and hopeful. Wherever you are in your own grief journey, I hope you find support through this podcast and feel a little less alone.
A gentle note: this episode discusses miscarriage and grief in depth. Take care of yourself while listening, and feel free to pause or come back to it when you're ready.
Thank you for listening.
