The Soul of the Nation
It was good to see the inclusion of a Gospel choir in yesterday’s Coronation ceremony.
It created an atmosphere of reverence and respect, while adding a touch of modernity and vibrancy.
Aside from the animated and passionate performance of the Ascension Choir, it was good to see representatives of different genders, colour and abilities present, along with members of blended families. So we are continuing to celebrate by playing music that reflects the soul of the nation, as it is today.
