Why a pill? Why can't I heal naturally? The answer is many things, and there is no place to begin, so we look at these psychedelics or other treatments using medicinal healing that doesn't fix the problems. But, it gives you tools to understand better what you're going thru and allow you to conquer your inner-self. Today we are honored to have Jill Sitnick, a person who found she was suffering from PTSD and found healing thru MDMA therapy. Her experience and journey were written into a book, and more also, Jill's story is of someone trying to find a better solution to a problem we put little research into. Part one of the working-class heroes looks at the story from the eyes of the working class, also known in different times as the middle class, the hard workers that have reaped the reward from their fruit. This may have been true years ago, but where does it lead us now as people were so divided in classes feeling almost indifferent we are trapped and unable to escape this structure.
So today, we have a special guest Dan who will explain in-depth how the system has been designed against us and not for us as we are supposed to be belive, so with the help of Dan, let us take the journey of working-class heroes. Is humanitarian work in Africa real, and what is it all about? Are we helping Africa or hurting. We tend to think that there is a possibility that Africa is self-developing. There is so much we can learn from now and what we can predict in the future, so join me and mike on an experience and a journey to trying to understand a situation that can be self-healing from the freedom within.

What does that even mean? Is sustainability referring to being eco-friendly, or doesn't it mean being better as a community? Today we have David Wann, an astounding author, and thinker who decided 26 years ago to change the way he wanted a community and neighborhood a sustainable housing, but they're so much more to discuss to understand, so we start with a voice who tells a story of not what we want but what we need. It's Mike and me this week, and we wanted to touch on outreach mike, and I have two different views on this, but it all comes back to the same thing, which is the idea of changing but not necessarily reaping from you the fruit you bare knowing you may not live to see the success. So let's take a dive into the abyss of our mind and our thought and see outreach and the unspoken from a view from all perspectives and what, as humans, visibly see thru the thick clouds of the coming days of the revolution, we all crave for.

It's a strange thought to think that there are native American tribes that no longer exist due to the cruel treatment the US government had towards native Americans in this country. One of these tribes that were almost completely brought to extinction was the Modoc nation. By the mid-1900s, the tribe had only 30 members left. Gina McGaughey is one of those 30 members and a descendant of one of the Modoc leaders who fought to keep the tribe alive.
Today as our guest, she will tell her story and where the Modoc nation is today. Gina's story is sad and painful, but she tells the story of people who never gave up and came together as a family. Gina has personally asked if any of you who are listening to this episode and have information about the Modoc Nation history, please reach out to them; the website link is below.

Today, we had the honor to have a Sac and Fox Nation member come on to the podcast. His name is Juaquin Hamilton-YoungBird. He will guide us thru the history and the culture of his people, so we can see the whole story from how they have managed to survive the oppression for all these years.
Native Americans have had a very sad past in the Americas; however, just like the Sac and Fox Nation, they are here strong and united, working together to keep their culture alive, not just for them but for future generations. The people of the Sac and Fox nation celebrate family and bring people together, not just for pleasure but for a chance to feel and be more connected.
