The fact that so many women struggle with rest tells me that the enemy is doing his job at keeping us disconnected from Yah. Rest is a reflection that we are NOT dependent on ourselves but rather the unlimited power of our God!

Rest Defined: cease work or movement in order to relax, refresh oneself, or recover strength.

* True rest is connected to Yah Scripture Reflections:

* Psalms 127:2 - It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

* Isaiah 30:15 - For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

Survival mode is a space that many find themselves in, and as with every experience they come to teach us something. But what happens when you become comfortable in survival mode? 🤔 Well…. If you can’t seem to shake the survival mode of moving through life I am a living testimony that YAH WILL MOVE YOU!

❤️‍🩹 Lessons & Reflections

* Let go of what no longer serves you.

* Rest is a COMMAND not a suggestion.

* Yah uses affliction for redirection and correction.

* Job: Yah used his affliction to reveal Himself to Job in a whole new way

* Jonah: Yah used his affliction (being trapped inside a fish) to redirect him back to his assignment.

* Yah has a gentler touch with women.

* He’ll be with you through the flood and fire; And after correction then comes refreshing.

‼️ The time has finally come! 🗣️Testimony Time

For the past several weeks I have been teasing you all with buts and pieces of my testimony but the time has finally come for me to give you all the detailed story. In this week’s podcast I will be sharing with you all part #1 of my testimony. the past 4 years have TAKEN A TOLL, but Yah has been faithful.

And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death. Revelations 12:11 AMP

* I deserve more of my own attention

* Grief doesn’t have to disappear to make room for joy

* Difficulty reveals the truth about your faith and your relationship with Yah

* His grace REALLY IS sufficient for us - You can go through and do hard things and Yah is still good, just, holy…. He is still YAH!

* Yah does not waste pain - You never go through trials just for the sake of going through trials.

Now I could be biased, but I genuinely believe that EVERY WOMAN should be prayer journaling. If you’ve been listening to the podcast for some time and you don’t prayer journal or maybe you do already have a prayer journal but you do so inconsistently and without any real structure or you don’t yet see the deep significance it can play in your walk with Yah then this episode is for you. Listen up as I explain the power of writing and specifically writing to Yah and how it benefits our relationship with Him.

☝🏾📖 Yah commanded His people to write

* The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book. Jeremiah 30:1-2

🤔 Suffer well?

Sis, do you suffer well? I know that this may be a foreign concept to most but scripture actually calls us as women of Yah to suffer well or suffer righteously. There IS a way to go through hard things righteously and we are responsible to counsel our hearts with the word of Yah so that when trials come we do not sin.

In this episode I am sharing a few lessons I’ve learned as I strive to suffer well. A topic that may not go viral or spark the interest of many, but one that will benefit all who have ears to hear and a heart to receive.
