Single life can be hard AF at times. Dating/relationships/people/situations, everything can be a minefield. When you learn something through everything it can help you evolve and expand to gain a higher state of consciousness. In this episode I reassure my single people that may be struggling to seek their person, do not worry you are not on your own. People in relationships may learn something here too. There will be many times on your journey where feelings of lost and confusion form, you are evolving so much and so is your identity. It is okay to feel unsure of who you are at times while you are on a journey of healing and spirituality, I have been there and am there now. In this episode I talk about the identity crisis stage of a spiritual awakening, and I would like this episode to give you comfort and reassurance to know that you are not alone.
Learning the art of balance will change your life. Here is where I express my issues that I had whilst being unbalanced throughout a long time of my life and why seeking a healthier balanced lifestyle has helped me so much. I am hoping this will give others looking to seek balance new insights and a deep understanding so you can juggle your life better and with more ease too.
We all have an inner child that could do with some extra love and attention. When you heal your inner child you help with healing your adult self. In this episode I explain inner child work and share my experience with this part of my healing journey.
You reach a point on a spiritual/personal development journey when it is time to let go. Let go of all that no longer positively serves you, this includes, people, behaviour and mindset. All the things that do not benefit you in a positive way has to be cleared at some point if you want to continue to work towards emotional freedom. This is, the art of letting go.
Pushing yourself to step outside of your comfort zone will feel really unnatural, but when you make a choice to push through, you will soon realise, it is the absolute best thing for you. Embrace the new version of yourself that you are becoming, and if you are finding it difficult to do so then maybe this episode will give you some inspiration and motivation to keep embracing the uncomfortable.

In the second part of my relationship series I discuss how to work through triggers that come up when in a relationship. It is very normal to feel triggered in a relationship, there should be no shame if certain heavy feelings come up for you when embarking in a new relationship, or even in a long term one. It is okay to feel certain emotions. When you have some tools in place the relationship will feel easier to navigate.

If you have not, then here is where you can learn more about what the secret actually is. It relates to the law of attraction and how thoughts can become things. Think positive and see positive results. This book changed my life and this is why I wanted to share my experience and give you an understanding about how adopting a positive lifestyle can benefit you in many ways.
