EPISODE ONE: Hello beautiful people! This is an introduction into who I am and what I am doing and why. If you have found me through Instagram and are new to my account, allow me to introduce myself and give you more insight into me and my life, thank you for being here!
Getting comfortable with yourself and really knowing who you are, what you stand for and accepting you just the way you are can feel really uncomfortable if you are someone who has spent a long time of your life doubting yourself and your abilities. There comes a point in the healing journey where unlearning all the unhealthy emotional habits you have picked up along the way will feel really uncomfortable, but if you can push through to the other side you will feel better, stronger and more wholesome.
The relationship you have with yourself will set the foundation for everything in life. Developing a healthy and stable relationship with yourself is the key for not only making you feel better, but it will also be the catalyst for change to make life better. Believing you are worthy and believing you deserve the best will help you to align to the best that the universe has to offer, it all starts with you. In this episode I touch on the subject of abandonment, what feelings can be provoked when a relationship ends and give you some self help tools to start putting the inner work in.
This is my second episode to my 3 part relationship episodes. 'How to work through your triggers'. In my last one I explained why relationships can be triggering and in this episode I want to give you some self help tools on how to work through them. You can either keep choosing to react from triggers or avoid them, or simply, work with them and push through. It's your choice. Here is where I share some self help tools to help you gain an insight further into triggers to help you grow and heal.
Ahhh relationships, why are they so triggering? We seem to be in something that is going really well, we really like the person or we may even be in love, but for some reason we can't maintain a healthy relationship. It's not even just romantic relationships, sometimes friendships, business partnerships, work relationships and family ones can be affected at times too. In this episode I will be giving examples of why relationships can be triggering, to help you discover more about yourself so you can gain a deeper understanding into why we are the way we are sometimes.
My lovely friend Randa Ray from breathe receive has joined me for this episode. We dive in further to what being positive means to us and how we have incorporated the lessons we have learnt from the law of attraction and how we take that into every day lifestyle. Here could be your chance to learn some new perspectives. Happy listening !
Allow me to share my experience with a book that landed in my lap over 5 years ago. Have you heard of a book called The Secret? If you have not and would like to learn more about how this book has transformed my life and why it has the potential to do the same for you then take a listen here to see if this episode could be the start of your journey to get you back on track.
Living a positive lifestyle is not about masking negative emotions, it is about knowing how to stay positive in the face of negativity.
Awakening can be a confusing word to those that are not familiar with spirituality. An awakening, simply put, means having a new level of awareness. Your mind has expanded and you can see things clearly or in a new light. You are looking at yourself and life in a new way and are starting to realize that there are events happening around you that although seem negative on the surface, could actually be happening for a greater reason than you previously realized.
Could there be something more positive to take from it? Could this be happening for a reason? Did you need a shake up in your life to push you in the right direction? Could this be a monumental turning point for you?
If you are having an 'uh-ah' moment and things all of a sudden seem "different" I hope this episode offers some reassurance and comfort so you know, you are not the only person that is going through this or has gone through this.
