Our lives could mean so many things. But how do we know that we're living a healthy, fulfilled life?
It's not just about the feeling of fulfillment, but it's about knowing that you're living a life with sexual integrity, being aligned with your purpose, and most importantly, experiencing mental freedom.
Mental freedom is the highest form of self-love and a testament of our strong relationship with ourselves.
It's about being capable of taking full control over our thoughts and feelings and being able to manage every state of our lives. It enables us to recognize and detach ourselves from the unhealthy patterns and beliefs that have a significant impact on our well-being, allowing us to concentrate on the habits that are beneficial to us.
Looks like it's easier said than done. But in order to achieve mental freedom, we need to be mindful of the habits that we incorporate in our daily lives, as well as the kind of environment that we are exposed to. It is vital that we surround ourselves with positive and supportive people like how it is here at High Noon, and engage in healthy and productive activities that will bring us joy and a sense of fulfillment.

"Here in Europe, our focus has been more on giving people experience rather than information." - Andrew Love
Information is power. But experience is the best teacher.
As cliche as these may sound, there's undeniable truthfulness to these statements. And these are some tenets we hold high regard for here in High Noon.
And so during the first time, we hosted a workshop in Europe, we provided the participants with necessary information about transforming one's life, with the hopes that they continue the discourse in the comfort of their homes and communities.
But the process of transformation doesn't just end with discussion. It also comes with an application.
We returned to Europe with a renewed goal—that is, to convert their gained knowledge into immediate practice by providing them with proper guidance and the right tools necessary to facilitate positive transformation in their lives.
And while workshops like this empower the participants and allow them to speak their minds, open their hearts, and strengthen a community where they can support each other, it still takes one's commitment, ownership, and taking responsibility for their own transformation.
Remember: Positive changes and real transformation only happen when we allow ourselves to do so.

Our North Star goals should be congruent with Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
Setting goals that are beyond what we believe are our capacity can be exhilarating and frightening at the same time. When we set our goals, we experience a burst of motivation and energy as we begin to take our vision. But, as time passes and we encounter obstacles, our vision starts to fade, leading us to question ourselves and allowing negative emotions to arise.
So how do we avoid these negative emotions?
Achieving goals is a gradual process that entails creating a strong foundation of physical and emotional wellness, love, and connection. And so when we focus on pampering ourselves—which means we listen to ourselves and provide our physical and emotional needs—we are slowly creating that foundation. When there is self-love and confidence, there is assurance no matter what obstacles there are, and the path to achieving our goals clears itself to us.

How do we know that we're living a fulfilled life? — is probably one of life's hardest questions to answer. It's because there's no concrete answer to that. Each of us have our own interpretation of what fulfillment is—what happiness is. We can be easily fooled to think that we are genuinely satisfied and happy without realizing that we're actually longing for something deeper or more meaningful in life. Because of this disconnect, we try to find different coping mechanisms to assuage that nagging feeling of discontent. Disconnect equals discontent. Disconnect can lead to destructive coping mechanisms. Disconnect can force someone into deep isolation, different types of addiction, and even self-harm. Our personal fulfillment is a long journey. Which is why it's important to keep ourselves grounded and connected with the right people, surrounded by the right support group, and be a part of the right community. Find yourself the right community—a safe place where you're free to show your true self and feel the warmth of love and support. Want to know more about High Noon? Why do we tend to avoid confrontations?
Confrontations are often difficult. It takes a lot of strength to have a deep, emotional, and sometimes even intense conversation with someone whom we may have previously had an argument with, or someone we're not comfortable expressing our thoughts and feelings to.
Being confronted can strike fear in our hearts, make us self-conscious, or feel inferior or intimidated. Sadly, this can affect our self-confidence and ability to face challenging situations that could be an opportunity for personal growth and development.
While confrontations can feel difficult or heavy, it is a pathway to being more open and understanding of the things around us. It helps us to be more compassionate and responsive to the needs of other people. It allows us to be more productive and establish healthy relationships.

How can we overcome addiction?
It's an important question with a seemingly simple answer: the first step to overcoming addiction is acknowledging the root cause. It's difficult to break free from addiction if we don't know or are unaware of what's causing it
But there's a solution worth trying: hypnotherapy.
In this episode, Isie Akpan walks us through the power and potential of hypnotherapy and how it can seriously help people get over their addiction, particularly porn.
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique where a mind-body intervention happens which creates a state of focused attention. People who undergo this therapy relax their mind, bringing out what's mostly in their subconscious. With a freer state of mind, people understand why there is a need to change their negative behaviors.

"It's important to have a grasp of your heart and your mind."
And indeed it is, especially in times of uncertainty and struggle.
Have you ever experienced the lowest of lows in your life? Where you feel helpless and hopeless, and that there's no way out of the predicament anymore? People naturally go through highs and lows, and it's a common feeling to be stressed with the difficulties and challenges of life. And in this times of lows and struggles is where we need to have the full control of our minds and hearts, and ask ourselves: "What is my goal? How can I fulfill myself?"
Studies show that these times of struggle is where intrinsic motivation works the most. In theory, intrinsic motivation is a behavior that comes out based on human needs, and naturally, we feel more needy in times of struggle. These inherent motivations, which we do not even recognize at times, allow us to leap out of the lows and finally pursue our goals.
It takes a deep self-introspection and an understanding of how our intrinsic motivations work to align them to our goals that will grant us the sense of fulfillment.

Integrity can cut both ways. On one end, it's something we are expected to aspire for and live by. But on the other hand, it can be daunting to be known as someone who lives with high integrity.
And it can be twice as intimidating when we talk about integrity in the realm of sexuality, especially in these hypersexualized times. But without integrity, it will be extremely difficult to walk away from situations that will force us to do things we don't really want to do.
Learning from our mistakes and healing from addictive habits and traits allows us to appreciate the bigger picture in life. Sexual integrity affords us this clarity: it prevents us from doing unhealthy sexual practices.
By strengthening our sexual integrity, we can preserve our relationships and enjoy the most out of life the way God intends it.

Accountability. Big word. It's that word that makes you want to run away once you hear it. It's daunting to realize you're accountable for something. It's uncomfortable.
But why does accountability have such a bad reputation when it should be attractive, sexy even, especially when it's defined around the area of relationships and sexual integrity?
Accountability doesn't just mean taking responsibility or taking action and facing situations. It also means having a commitment, especially to yourself. It might be a 'big word,' but what it pertains to is taking small steps, small leaps toward your desired outcome.
If you can do what you promised to do today, then, that means you can also do what you promised to do tomorrow, and then the next—until such time that you realized you have achieved your intended goals.

How do we feel more fulfilled in life? Most people struggle with unwanted behavior, which often takes us away from being happy.
People escape from life problems through the actions that they think can help them be free from those problems. They do not notice it, but it actually causes us more struggles in life.
