Pain is inevitable; suffering is option

Huge awakening today that my core values have been neglected for what my current circumstances are.

Byron Katie has stated who you are is beyond your story. Too often we are trying to fit our narrow view of ourselves into a box when we are so much more than our own narrow view.

Self care is vital so that you are feeding into yourself so that you do not need the validations of others since you are taking care of your own needs first.

Often I need to be reminded to enjoy the process rather than rush through the moments. Today I’m sharing more about my journey.

There is freedom and power when we make a choice!

There is a standard model that is backwards. With think by doing we can have what we want. However, when we step into our being we can create the life by having what we want.

Too many times we get stuck in our comfort zone rather than reaching out to find the challenges that bring us joy in our lives.
