- This is a different type of episode today. I'm sharing a very personal (and terrible) experience of how quitting Lexapro cold turkey feels like.
- I don't know if I'll get back on Lexapro. I was taking it for anxiety. It worked great. But, there are side effects.
- I'm glad Lexapro was available to help me when I needed it. Now I wonder would I have taken it if I knew how hard stopping would be?
- Mental Health should not be a taboo subject.

So, I sat down and drew a web chart about my positivity. Kinda nerdy, right? But, doing so helped me figure out the 5 main ways I stay in a positive mindset.
I’m going to share those with you today.

They started fighting pretty much the minute they woke up. Not just a small, petty argument. But the loud kind of fighting. You know, the ones where they scream “I’m gonna tell mom,” like every 5 seconds.
Mom meltdowns are not pretty. But, do you think they are necessary?
