In this episode, I had an enlightening conversation with my friend Keate Dean discussing self compassion. What it is, what it means to have it and how to have more compassion for yourself and where to start.

He is a magnet for enthusiasm, a passionate creator, and a lifelong learner.
He is currently trying to find my path to where I can create the most value. But, in short he designs peaceful environments, both the external and the internal. internally through mindfulness consulting, guided meditations, and course creation and externally through designing zen gardens and indoor/outdoor meditation spaces that inspire creativity and presence including custom water features and other elements. This is where his landscape background, design background, mindfulness practice, and personal creativity find their most authentic expression.
