Many times in our churches, we don't hear much about the wrath of God. People, they don't want to know about God's wrath. They don't want to believe that this New Testament God is the same God of the Old Testament, that he's a God of judgment. They don't know and understand the purposes. Why would God judge? And the reason is this, because he's a holy and righteous God. And when we look prophetically, I'm speaking about Old Testament prophecy and also prophecy in the New Covenant, we see that the purpose of God's judgment is to bring about his order, what type of order, a kingdom order.

The end times are very important to God. Because the End Times represent a transition, a transition from this world into the kingdom of God, and every one who is Kingdom minded. Why is it so important to realize that God is going to be faithful to Israel? And in fact, the kingdom of God will not be established because Israel needs to be in that right to spiritual condition. Why should that be important to you? Well, we learned last week, the kingdom will not come until that becomes a reality. But there's another reason. And what is that reason? As God shows His absolute faithfulness to his old covenant people, it will be an encouragement, it gives us assurance that he will also keep his covenant promises to us.

We all know the Scripture which says, Faith comes by hearing, but listen carefully, hearing specifically the Word of God. And that's why it is so important when people share Scripture. They they do it sincerely, and also accurately. And that involves using proper exegetical means a methodology of arriving at understanding, arriving at the truth of Scripture. And when one does that, it gives others the opportunity to do something marvelous to agree with God, the wisest thing that you can do is agree with God, we hear His truth and we say yes, and we receive it.

Many times we hear people speak of the word of faith. And unfortunately, people sometimes mean something else than when Paul did when he use that same term, the word of faith. Now, first we have to understand what the Bible means when it speaks of faith. Now, when you go back into the Hebrew language, the basis for the Word of God, we see something, the same word for faith is derived from the same Hebrew root, which we get the word truth from what does that tell us? That faith is just not believing anything, but it's believing the truth of God.

What does the Apostle Paul know that perhaps you and I do not? And why is this so important to him that he says that it's his heart's desire, and the prayer that he makes before God? Those types of statements should tell us that what he is knowing is of great significance. To find out what that is. Take out your Bible, and look with me to the book of Romans and chapter 10. Now, Paul's going to say in this first verse, exactly what what you and I need to know.

The God of Israel is a triumphant God. And I have good news, he wants to share that victory with you and with me. But there's only one way to experience that victory. And that is through a covenant relationship with him specifically, the new covenant. And Messiah himself taught that this New Covenant was ratified, put into power by His blood on Passover. Therefore, it's only when we say yes to Messiah to his work, inviting him into our life confessing that we need him because we had been separated due to our sin from God and all of his benefits, including that victory, that kingdom victory.

Truly, our God is a marvelous God. He does wondrous things. God is a God of mercy. He gives grace through mercy and grace, we find forgiveness, and through his renewal, we can once again receive the good promises that he had for us that sin wanted to destroy and take from us, God can reestablish it through His work of salvation. And therefore there is so much that we should be praising God for there's so much that we need to be thanking him, giving him gratitude, and exalting his name, and worship. Worship brings a glorious change into our life, the priority of your life should be worship.

The Bible reveals that there is a judgment day. And here's the good news. The Scripture teaches us. But there's only one way for this to be a reality. The Scripture teaches us that you can go before God on that judgment day and not be ashamed. What does that mean? That he will receive you that he will accept you into his kingdom. And you will be in that kingdom forever and ever. And the good news is this. It's not something that you do that you perform that you achieve.
