  • Isaiah Chapter 56 Part 1
Do you have a faith that's truly based upon the word of God? See, many people have doctrines and theologies that they embrace because of what they've heard from others. But the question is this, are we people that base our beliefs upon biblical texts or simply what others teach? Take out your Bible, and look with me to the book of Isaiah and chapter 56. Now, this chapter is critical. It's critical because it outlines things for us concerning the last days. It is a passage that speaks about a kingdom faith, what God wants from his people.

  • 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 Part 1
When was the last time that you prayed God, teach me to walk in your sanctification. God speaks numerous times both in the old and new concerning His purposes, his will for life. And it's only when we are maturing, that we're going to be moving in the direction of his will. And we call that sanctification, whereby we become less, and the power of God, the presence of God, the Spirit of God becomes more in our life, that is sanctification, and involves us following the purposes of God. Sanctification is derived from the word holy, both in Hebrew and in Greek, the word holy, and it's a process whereby we grow and mature and submit more and more and more to the will of God.

  • Revelation Shorts Episode 17 - Day of Christ (rapture)
What do you know about the biblical term, the day of Christ, or the day of Messiah. It's also spoken of with the phrase, the day of our Lord, Messiah Yeshua. Now this term speaks of our blessed hope. We can use a another term to speak about the same thing, and that is the rapture. So in the New Testament, six times this phrase appears, whether it's the day of Christ or the day of our Lord, Messiah. Sure, it appears six times. Now, most people are more familiar with a different expression. And that is the day of the Lord. The day of the Lord frequently appears in the Old Testament.

  • Revelation Shorts Episode 18 - Fundamentals concerning the Rapture
Shalom and welcome to this edition of revelation shorts, we're going to focus in on a few critical points concerning the rapture. Now, when we look at what Paul says, In First Corinthians chapter 15, he speaks of the rapture, also known as our blessed hope, as a mystery, meaning by and large, the prophets did not speak, nor were they aware of this event. That's one of the meanings of a mystery.

  • Isaiah Chapter 55
The gospel message is truly a good message and message that has many wonderful aspects to it. One of which is that the gospel is made available to us freely without costs. Now, that's true for us the recipients, but do not think that the gospel came about freely. Messiah paid a very high price, he laid down his life he shed his blood. You see, the gospel is a message of salvation through redemption.

  • Psalm 65
Our God does many great things for his people. And in those things, we see His faithfulness, because God does according to His words, we're going to look at a psalm today. And this sum speaks about God's goodness, His goodness, to provide spiritually and his goodness to provide physical things for us that we truly need. So with that said, take out your Bible and look with me to the book of Psalms, and Psalm 65. It begins in fact, in Hebrew, the first verse is a rather short inscription, and all it says is that familiar phrase to the chief musician, or perhaps to the choir director, and then he's speaking about the fact that this is a psalm. And it belongs to David, he is the author of it.

  • Isaiah Chapter 54 Part 2
Do you believe the prophets of Israel, and speaking about biblical prophets, Isaiah, Jeremiah zekiel, Hosea, Joel, and all the rest? Do you believe that they heard from God, and they accurately correctly revealed to us exactly what God had commanded them to speak? I believe that, and when we base our theology, upon prophecy, all of God's word, you're going to see that there are certain things that you have to accept. And one of these things is that God is not finished with Israel, neither the Land of Israel, it still has biblical significance for the future, God is going to do things in the land of Israel.

  • 1 Thessalonians Chapter 3
Do you truly love others, loving other believers, as you do your family? The scripture speaks about how two people from different backgrounds, different cultures that maybe even once spoke different languages. But now they can become one through the gospel message being made into a new creation. The Bible speaks how God is building up a temple, not a temple made of physical things, but rather a temple of people who he is fitting together, that we might come together as one manifestation of the people of God in this world, setting aside those things that that the world uses to divide to separate, to speak about differences, that we can be one people in truth through that anointing and the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

  • Psalm 64
As we approach the last days, things are going to get very difficult for believers, we are going to be persecuted because of our faith. And therefore in the passage of scripture that we're going to be looking at in the next few minutes, we see wisdom, that is biblical truth on how we should think how we should behave in the myths of difficult times of being persecuted. So with that said, take out your Bible, and look with me to the book of Psalms and Psalm 64, the book of Psalms and Psalm 64. Now we see that this Psalm has what's known as an inscription in the Hebrew text, it's verse one. Now that's going to cause a one verse discrepancy between the first that I give, and probably what's in most of your Bibles. So you'll just have to, if you hear five, you'll have to go to verse four, you hear verse eight, go back to verse seven, there's one verse difference, I'm always going to be one verse more than you. Look, if you would, to that inscription, it's verse one, in the biblical text, where it says, to the chief musician, a Psalm of David.

  • 1 Thessalonians Chapter 2 Part 2
You are being watched, watched by fellow believers and watched by other individuals as well. And as I've said, your testimony should be of the utmost importance to you. Because your testimony is influencing people. The question is, is it a positive influence, or God forbid, a negative influence? Well take out your Bible and look with me to First Thessalonians and chapter two, First Thessalonians and chapter two. Now we're going to begin where we left off last week, in verse 10. Paul is speaking to this congregation that has influence a godly influence on others, not just in Thessaloniki, where they are. But throughout this this Greek empire that that still is in existence, of course, the Romans are ruling over it, but it's still highly influenced by by the Greeks, and their their gods and false teaching. Their culture is still very much prevalent in society.
